The prices were reasonable. The owners take great pride in this establishment. They were super friendly and helpful, staying open late just to wait for us. Rooms were clean and since new management has taken over, many things were new. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and cool. Air condition worked well, room was clean- mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and largish TV. Minutes away from downtown Apalachicola. The pool was clean and warm. The only issue was the bed pillows. They were thin and flat. We are already planning on returning to Rancho Inn and will bring our own pillows....

This inn matched the website's pictures and the location was off the beaten path. The staff were very nice and helpful. Room matched the pictures. Very basic but exactly what we expected. It was clean and comfortable. Coffee available in the morning. Would have liked a larger flat screen TV. The pool was disappointing; it needed cleaning. Parking may be...

This is a nice place but the scent they used in the room was so over-powering that I could taste it. The place was clean and the furnishings we're nice but I would have liked it a lot more if it didn't smell so strong!

This motel is situated as close as possible to St Joe's state park. It is clean and staff is friendly. It is convenient to stores and restaurants. I would come back again. Shower is the best I've had in a long time. The In. Is near to the heart of town without being right in the busy center.

Not sure of others experiences but we've stayed here a few times and have had great experiences. No, it's not the Ritz but it's clean, spacious and has a friendly staff. The owners seem to take pride in ownership and are constantly on duty. It's not a dump, nor a roach motel! It is a motel, not a hotel. Don't...

The Owners make you feel very welcome. They go out of their way to help you with any extra things you need. They were quick to recommend the special places to eat. Helpful with documents I needed to print. Helpful with late check out. The rooms were comfortable with all I needed. The hotel is close to everything.

I kind of expected the mediocre furnishings , bedding and small bathroom. It seems clean but the smell of air freshener is overpowering. Everywhere else was sold out. I would have preferred somewhere that smelled more neutral. For more than $100 a night I would have liked it to be nicer but in a pinch it will do.

If you're looking for fancy-shmancy this isn't the place for you but if you want clean, quiet, and affordable, I highly recommend it. I would have given it an Excellent rating but the pillows were a bit flat

Rancho Inn was very clean and comfortable. As soon as we opened our door you could tell that the room had been cleaned and it smelled fresh and that is important because we always get non-smoking rooms. The owners were very nice and accomadating and very helpful when asked about places to eat breakfast. Even though they don't serve breakfast...
