Clean rooms is what I expected and what I definitely got. Good furniture; proper bathroom with lots of hot water and high pressure. Bed is comfy , could be maybe to soft if two heavy people are inside. Pool outside is another plus, small but relaxing. Breakfast not worth to mention , but good for nice start in the morning....

Everyone was very nice. Our room was ok. The bathroom floor was sticky, there was a hole in the carpet and the sheet. I had to get an iron at the front desk, there is not one in the room. For the price I paid and friendliness of the staff it was fine. The place was full when we left.

The Rancho Inn is an okay place to spend the night. The management was accommodating and had a place where I could park a pickup truck pulling a trailer. I felt safe, and it wasn't noisy even though it was directly on US Hwy 98. The room was clean, the bed linens clean, as were the towels. The bedspread was...

This is the place you stay when the Best Western is full. No breakfast. Very friendly cleaning staff but nothing is done unless you ask. Rooms are pretty clean and in fairly good shape. Internet performance is not good. All in all it worked ok, but would not be my 1st choice. I felt it was overpriced.

The Inn has definitely been remodeled. It is an older property so don't expect the Hilton. It was very clean and everything worked! The beds were very comfortable. The pool and pool area was especially clean. Even though they don't offer breakfast, having a coffeemaker, refrig and the microwave available is nice, so bring your own breakfast items. The Manager...

It's not elegant, and a little old-fashioned, but not bad at all. Management/staff were available and helpful, our room was decent sized and comfortable. The AC ran all night, which was very nice. I expected the location to be a little farther out of Apalachicola, but it doesn't feel that way at all

Clean room for a good price. Good bed, furniture, microwave tv (with full cable package)and fridge. Great base for exploring the Forgotten Coast. Close to Apalachicola and on the main drag into town. It is easy to find. Well lit room. I highly recommend it.

We have been to Apalachicola many times but this was our first time staying at Rancho Inn. What a pleasant surprise. Seemed like it had been recently remodeled. It was very clean. Bed was comfy. Medium sized flat screen TV. Room included microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Extremely fast internet service. Only thing missing was breakfast.

We had never stayed here before and this was a bang for our buck on booking.com. No smell of cigarette smoke. Everything else was booked so we booked here. I recommend if you like value!!! It had a desk and two comfortable club chairs.

I came here on recommendations from Trip Advisor and it was great! Low key, great price and exactly what we needed! Refrigerator and microwave in room. Cable television and close to downtown. Well done Trip Advisor! The only thing we needed was more pillows.
