Six couples including 7 SCUBA divers spent a most enjoyable week at Ramon's Village. Weather was excellent; sunny, breezy, no bugs. Rooms in "4-plex" buildings were very nice; upper level rooms have high thatched ceiling/roof. Equipped with A/C, refrigerator, no microwave. Diving was from one of their two Newton dive boats, approx. 10 to 15 divers most trips, well-organized, excellent...

Rick Sutherland and his crew at Ramon's Village Divers has been providing hotel guests with excellent diving and fishing trips and much more for many years now. Add to that some great food and service and a Palm Thatched Cabana and life seems pretty good. So glad you and your friends enjoyed the trip. Hopefully next time you will get...

We just got back from a week long stay at Ramon's. So many great memories in such a short amount of time. The Staff are Amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Food and restaurant - great food and service! We had breakfast every morning - helped get the day started right. I did a referral Scuba certification. Staff were all great....

Congratulations on completing your Open Water certification. You picked a great place to complete your course. Adolfo is a first class Scuba Instructor and Ramon's Village Divers provide some excellent scuba outings but beyond that Belize is a Scuba Divers paradise. Gad you enjoyed the food and the diving and the time spent with us. Hurry back.

This village is located close to town and grocery shopping. The village in this area has one of the best beach locations and it appears the locals come to this spot on weekend and holidays. I would recommend if you plan to scuba dive and snorkel. I would say the rooms are comfortable, but not luxurious. The spa is a...

Thank you for being our guest at Ramon's Village Resort. We are glad you found the rooms to be comfortable and the food good. We apologize that the couples massage did not happen. We have two therapists on staff so not sure why that happened. The Spa does also include a manicure/pedicure station and an outdoor shower as well. Thank...

I am not sure that I can put into words what a great place Ramons is. We have a big family trip this summer and were not going to go away for spring break. At the last minute we changed our minds. I went to TripAdvisor to find a reasonably priced hotel with good reviews. I stumbled across Ramons and...

We are so happy to learn you enjoyed your stay. Ramon's Village Resort is an enchantingly different destination. The Palm Thatched Cabanas combined with lush tropical foliage create an island ambiance unlike anything else around. We are conveniently located and our staff puts in 110% to be sure you are having a good time. Thank you for the nice post...

Signed up for the Hol Chan/Shark Alley snorkel trip for my wife and myself. She can't swim, in fact I think she is just overall afraid of water. So we bought snorkeling gears and practiced for a few weeks in the swimming pool before the trip. When we arrived at Hol Chan and first went into the water, the goggle...

This is a good hotel in San Pedro. The location is ideal as you don't need a golf cart or taxi to get around the island. Golf carts are expensive at ~ $75/day! From Ramon's village you can walk into town or to the airport and there is an ATM very near the hotel. The village bungalows are clean and...

Ramon's Village Resort is not just another pretty face. In addition to our Authentic Palm Thatched Cabanas and our dense jungle foliage we also provide our guests with one of the most convenient locations on Ambergris Caye. An easy walk to town to see what's going on and just minutes from the Belize Barrier Reef. We apologize if our Dive...

We stayed here for over a week. There were a few things we didn't like and a lot of things we enjoyed. However, the service at this place is outstanding. Every employee we encountered was enjoyable. They all work like they own the place. Some of the waiters are quite entertaining. The bad: Our room was near the entrance and...

Thank you for being a guest at Ramon's Village Resort. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Our Palm Thatched Cabanas and dense tropical landscaping provide a setting unlike any on Ambergris Caye, while providing all the comforts you expect on vacation. My husband and I stayed at Ramon's in February at the repeated recommendation of our friends . We had such high expectations and those were far surpassed as we had the best week ever at Ramon's !! We were treated like family guests by the entire staff and would be greeted several times a day by everyone with sincerity ....

Daughter and I were lounging on the beach watching the employees pull down coconuts from the trees. Someone else on the beach joked about how it's hard to find coconut water here ... a few minutes later one of the guys brought us cut coconuts so we could drink from them. I regret not getting his name so I could...

I spent a week using Ramon's Village as home base. I had an incredible time and Belize is a remarkable country. The trip to the Lamanai Ruins was awesome and the dives at Hol Chan, Shark Ray Alley, Mexico Rocks and Tres Cocos are all but to be missed. The food at Pineapples was excellent and for $10 per meal...

Wonderful!! There are not many places in the world where you can take your catch to the kitchen and them prepare it for you.
