Its impossible not to notice the adorable paint job of this hotel, and all of the rooms on the hotel grounds. We called the morning of our check in to see if we could get in a little early as we needed to be out of our previous hotel by 10am. The very nice woman in the office said that...

Barefoot Beach is a great place to stay in Caye Caulker. The rooms are cute and clean, and the bathrooms are well-decorated with hot water. We appreciated that the hotel was located south of the main part of the village so that it was quieter and less busy. The hotel has a great private dock with some chairs and covered...

We are normally strict budget travellers but we decided to get somewhere a little nicer for a couple nights in Caye Caulker (most places here are quite expensive). Barefoot Beach was reasonbly priced (we got the smallest cabin rooms with ensuite). The decor is really nice too and what's great is the pier out front with hammocks and sun loungers...

I stayed in one of the huts. Rooms are great for what you are paying. Clean private rooms with AC. Rooms are small but they are perfect for Caye Caulker. Location is slightly "outside" of town but I personally loved it as it made hanging in the hammock that much more relaxing. Plus the bike they give you makes everything...

We returned to Caye Caulker and Barefoot Beach, this time with 3 other couples in tow! Simply said, we love Caye Caulker, we love Barefoot Beach and we love Heidi. Barefoot Beach is just a few minute bike ride from the "town" part of Caye Caulker and the walk is also great. Whether you walk along the beach front path...

We spent two nights here and were very comfortable! The island is tiny but this is still somewhat out of the way. The free bikes are great. It's really fun to bop around the island. We needed laundry done and the desk recommended Rosy's, where we went promptly. The room was nice and clean and had everything that we needed....

This place is a perfect location for a week in Caye Caulker. You are near everything no matter where you are on the island. You are provided with bikes per room. That's really all you need to get around. My mom doesn't ride a bike well so we walked a lot too. The sunset here is incredible. Go to the...

Having read the many great reviews here, we were still positively surprised when we first arrived. The huts are very clean, nicely furnished and have just about enough space (some hangers on the wall would have been nice though). I would recommend the huts to every traveller that is budget conscious but does not want to compromise (private bathroom, warm...

Gorgeous beach. Very quaint community. I love 9ve the fact that everyone speaks English. We did a horse drawn carriage tour of Belize city, it was a very relaxed way to sight see. Drivers are a little crazy. Similar in atmosphere to and look to Nassau Bahamas. Very friendly people, beautiful water. Amazing experience.

Heidi the manager was great to work with and we loved our hut. It's small but it had a/c and no tv - which we loved. For the price it's more than perfect. We'd go back here in a heartbeat. Oh and you get free bikes which is really nice to explore the island with!
