This is a private residence converted to a hotel. Rooms are in definite need of upgrading. Shower/tub & carpets especially. Bed was comfy, fairly close to bus station, and morning breakfast of scrambled eggs, toast, coffee & fruit was $3 USD. Nice staff.
If you are looking for a good locally owned average stay then stay here. We enjoyed the people and the average Belize accommodations. I would stay here again. Be back next year have a great summer and stay cool
