I would just like to leave it at that, but I know I will not do it justice. The entire experience is amazing from driving down the enterance road to meeting Santiago the owner, to reaching the cottages where you will be staying, to the community area, to walking to the river, to the amazing food, to the great tours...

We stayed here for 2 nights, but I really wish we stayed here longer. Nabitunich is on a farm with cattle, goats, chickens. We stayed in a small, cute cottage. At night, you can hear the sounds of the jungle (we didn't hear any howler monkeys, but apparently some mornings you can). Meals were enormous and delicious (at an extremely...

We reserved a stone cottage with Santiago, 8 months prior to arrival. We were thrilled when we checked in, because the property and the owner were both welcoming and beautiful. Santiago offered to assist us with our luggage and as we were walking by the small, but cute stone cottages, he informs us that he has a group of students...

So sorry for the delayed response. We just discovered the existence of this Trip Advisor page for our business. We do have a student group that stays with us each summer from June - August and are trying our best to make this known to guests before they make a reservation. Apologies for any miscommunications and misunderstandings, and again for...

My fiance and I stayed two nights in December 2015 -- the ranch is gorgeous, peaceful, quiet and romantic. The breakfast and dinner served onsite was absolutely delicious and one of my favorite parts of our stay. The accommodations are simple and clean. Pro-tip: make sure you come equipped with bug spray. It's about a 10 minute drive into town...

We stayed 4 nights at Nabintunich and could not have been happier! Santiago and the staff are wonderful hosts and the property is absolutely breathtaking. We were surprised to find that the ranch has a wonderful view of Xunantunich Mayan Temple, and there is a magical energy there! You can hear the howler monkeys in the mornings and the evenings,...

Although we only stayed one night, we would like to return for 3 or 4 days to take advantage of the welcoming atmosphere, do some hiking, visit the ruins, and maybe take horseback riding lessons. Santiago was an engaging, perceptive, and wonderful host. Judy and John

This was our first trip to Belize. We stayed for 7 nights at Nabitunich, and intend to return next year. The price included hearty breakfasts and dinners. The food was always delicious, and it was wonderful to visit with other guests during mealtime. If we were late, the staff would do their best to accommodate to ensure we had a...

i have taken college students to Nabitunich for 13 years. It is an outstanding place with wonderful owners & staff. I always go back because I can't imagine a better place to stay! The ranch is idyllic. The owner is engaging, insightful & works hard to make sure his guests are safe, happy & that they leave a better person...

The Nabitunich experience is complete! The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the views are breath-taking! There was never a doubt that the owners were genuinely concerned about going out of their way to make us feel welcome and well cared for! Many thanks to Santiago et. al! Until I return (and I plan to) you...

I've stayed multiple summers as an archaeologist doing fieldwork at nearby sites - we take groups of students, and the family and place are wonderful. The horseback riding is great, cabins comfortable and clean, river is close (as is small town of Succotz), and you are actually living on an archaeological site, as well as a working farm, so it's...
