Our group of 3 adults & 3 girls (ages 3, 5 & 6) recently spent 5 nights at Caves Branch & loved every minute of it. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was first class & chef Jay went out of his way to prepare special dishes for 2 of the girls who cant have dairy... More

Great: The whole space is beautiful, nice botanizing efforts, great physical plant decisions with lovely living spaces. Trips are a mixed bag, but the "waterfall" cave is really special. Not so great: Food was a big rigamarole (30+ minutes announcing) but actually neither very tasty nor easy to get (had to be quick). Very expensive way to do Belize. Remote.... More

My wife and I split a 12 day stay in Belize - 6 days at Cave's Branch and 6 days on the beach on Ambergris Caye and are very pleased that we started at Cave's Branch. The overall property is spectacular - from towering jungle vegetation to the spectacular botanical collection to the many adventure sites. We stayed in a... More

We loved Cave Branch, as part of our beach and jungle package with Almond beach. We had a treehouse which was great, it was all that was promised. As we checked in we were greeted by a family of howler monkeys right over the pool. Soon it was time for dinner and the back and forth between Hans and Anthony... More

We had a fantastic 5 day stay at Caves Branch. My husband was there taking a course on cheese making and I tagged along just to vacation. His class experience was fantastic and my experience relaxing, swimming in the river and the pool and going on a 7-mile cave tubing adventure was perfect. The staff are competent, warm, accommodating...and funny!... More

This was one of the coolest resorts I've ever stayed at. We purchased the beach and jungle package so our meals and excursions were included and I felt like we got good value for what we paid. The food was amazing and since it was buffet style they have a good variety that accommodates everyone, especially picky eaters like ourselves.... More

And I mean that. If you're looking for adventure, this is the place to go. It's not for the weak hearted or fussy individual. Accommodations are wonderful - view is great! But keep in mind, it is the jungle and there are critters, so if you see a spider, don't whine! The staff was awesome - very friendly and accommodating.... More

Cave’s Branch is a spectacular place! But remember, it is a rain forest with everything that entails, such as …. Rain everyday on and off…. it’s hot and humid, there are lots and lots of bugs and critters. We loved it! We stayed in the canopy rooms and they were wonderful, up high in the trees. There are no windows.... More

This place was awesome! Keep in mind it's actually in the jungle, so resources are very limited. We had no air conditioning, no electrical outlets in our bungalow, poor lighting in our bungalow, but we knew all that coming in. The lodge itself had everything we needed. Excellent meals, internet access if you needed it, a nice gift shop, a... More

My husband and I stayed here as our 3rd stop during our first trip to Belize over the Christmas holiday. Cave's Branch was such a step up from our prior two accommodations that we finally relaxed and let the staff guide us through the experience. The food was really good and in abundance. Pace yourself when eating the first course... More
