There was a small booking problem which Gwyn took care of quickly. Gwyn was a wealth of information on making the transition to Belize while enjoying a cold local beer, the kind of info you may not recieve at a more upscale hotel. The room was clean and the breakfasts wonderful. The warm water hides the fact that the rocks...

We arrived late in the evening after a long day of traveling. The owner was very nice and helpful. He gave us directions to a place that was close to eat and let us see the room before paying for it. The room was very clean and it was very quiet. We are so glad we found this place! It...

My wife and I stayed at the Sea Breeze one night on Saturday May 28th on our way back to Mexico to catch our flight in Cancun, the Sea Breeze is not very attractive infact it reminds me of what we would consider a Roach Motel in the USA but it's exactly what we would expect for such a cheap...

The Sea Breeze Hotel was originally built by the Catholic Church as a nunnery. All I can say to the roach motel comment is that, "beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder". May 28th is an easy day to remember (if you are a soccer fan). It is the day of the European Champions League Final. We had the...

The hotel is right across a main road in town from the bay. That said it faces the wrong way to catch the breeze off the bay. It is a cement building with no more ambience than a jail cell. No air in the room we stayed in. (although we did have a stand alone fan) We stayed for three...

Stayed here for 30 days in September 2010 - not knowing what to expect the first stop at the begining of a very long voyage.Went for the price and the very valuable travel instructions - perfect if followed from Cancun. The owner Gwyn is an interesting and converstional Welshman (sad but forgiven because so am I) and has very interesting...

Great little place directly looking at the blue-water. Nice upstairs patio with bar and chill music in the evening. Rooms are nothing spectacular, but for the price, you can't beat that value for what you get. Owner is somewhat grumpy, but helpful. Great breakfasts and there is a fridge that guests can use.

My husband and I just returned from a week at the Sea Breeze. We had a wonderful time. The room overlooked Corozal Bay, and had cool breezes continuously. The mattress was firm (just the way I like it). We slept wonderfully, never needed the air conditioning. The room was clean, but could have used a more comfortable chair. Do not...

Stay in the Sea Breeze Hotel was a comfortable one. Room was ok, it was what we've paid for. Owner was ready to answer all our boring questions regarding a town and a trip to Cerros. His bar is well equiped and a sea-view from a terrace during breakfasts and evenings was purely perfect... you will make a good choice...
