Comfortable rooms, excellent maintenance and cleanliness. Amazing staff. Went for 3 nights but stayed a fourth. Played the slots had a great time and the food and service in the casino and restaurant is top notch. Planning our next stay soon. They have a beautiful pool that we will take advantage of on our next visit. There is shopping in the free zone just across the road.

Very comfortable beds, clean room with all the amenities you would need for your stay. Nice outdoor pool and fitness center. Breakfast is included with your stay at the restaurant in the casino. Casino was not very nice and the machines use three different types of currency which restricts you to certain machines depending on what currency you are using.

Las Vegas Hotel & Casino is very nice and clean. The room I was in was huge. There isn't much near by to do except to cross the border and go to Chetumal, Mexico. But you got to remember, if you leave and reenter on the Belize side you must go to customer and pay a fee and show a passport. The restaurant in the hotel served Italian food, Mexican food and Indian food along with the regular American favorites; like burger and fries. I ate Indian food most of the time and it was delicious. They gave you a lot of food for very little money. Most of the time, I couldn't eat it all. Also, there's the casino; which had most of the popular machine games and there were Bingo every night. The folks from within Corozal and Chetumal came nightly to play. I actually enjoy my time playing bingo with such a diverse group. The hotel staff is good people; who spoke English and Spanish and willing to assist you.

Very nice, new Hotel in the free zone. Clean, bright with nice rooms and views. The pool area and pool bar are very nice and the staff at the pool bar excellent. The problem we had with the hotel was when we checked in for a 2 night stay at 130.00 US a night we were told breakfast was included in the price. We did question where we go for this breakfast etc. and we're told to just go to the restaurant. we were there about Dec.4. We went to the restaurant the next morning, said the breakfast would be included in the room price as we were told and we were informed that it was not included. We went back to the desk, talked with staff there and we were told breakfast is never included despite what we were told, it was a mistake. The hotel would do nothing for their mistake so we told them to prepare our bill and we would check out which we did. Bad business to let a customer check out without so much as an apology. Will not be going to this hotel again.

My wife and I live in Belize so visiting this casino is easy for us. we normally get a room at The Gardens hotel for the night. The rooms are terrific! Soft beds, lots of hot water, fast internet ,clean and secure.
As to the restaurant the food is always good and the service is exceptional. The gambling is fun and they keep the drinks coming. When there the staff treats you like family and bends over to make sure that everything is to your liking. We visit twice a month or so! Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

I stayed in the Garden Suites for 10 days, the main hotel was officially opened the day I left. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, two queen beds, ample fresh clean towels and linen, flat screen TV, AC, coffee making facilities, iron and free wifi, everything I needed in a room. The house cleaning staff did a wonderful job and the nightly turn down service includes a special little treat, Ferraro Rocher chocolate :)
I needed, on two separate occasions, to use the hotels business centre to print and copy documents. The staff at the business centre were very helpful and assisted me with smiling faces when I couldn't find the print button!!! I'm not used to working in Windows! In the restaurant the service was like everywhere else, very good attentive and happy staff. Being there for 10 days meant I was able to sample a lot of the various menus on offer and I can honestly say I didn't have a bad meal. I tried the Mexican, Indian and Western menus all were delicious and the cocktails were great too!
I didn't use the gym, hair salon or pool but from what I saw of them they were all very clean and well equipped. I'll remember to bring my swimsuit the next time.
The reception desk was also very helpful when I needed assistance calling a Mexican company. I don't speak Spanish and they were able to communicate on my behalf. Both Elisabeth and Anne made life a whole lot easier for me and I thank them for that. Last but not least, the security guards were all great. They were all very alert and greeted me and opened doors endlessly, because I was coming and going most of the day, they didn't mind at all and always had a smile and welcome whenever they saw me.
Oh and of course there was the casino, how could I forget to mention that.... Probably because I lost $25 at the Baccarat table!!! I'm not a gambler but had to try my hand once at least while staying in the hotel. Despite the lose I had 30 minutes of fun plus a couple of free drinks. I will definitely be staying here again.

This little hotel was recommended to us by a friend so we decided to try it out. I am glad we did. The room was excellent, with nice comfy beds, flat screen T.V. and A/C . My wife especially liked the fact that it has a coffee maker and an ironing board and iron. The food at the casino was great and very affordable. We had a great time and will definitely stay here on our next trip to Chetumal. We had intended to stay in Chetumal for the weekend and find a hotel there. It was recommended to us that we drive back across the Mexican boarder after our day trip to Chetumal but we were not so sure we wanted to do that however with the new setup at the boarder now on the Mexican side the boarder crossing was a breeze. We drove back across the border and stayed at this hotel then went back across the next day to finish our trip. It was well worth it. A good night’s rest is always worth it.

We stayed for two nights for a professional meeting and found the staff incredibly hardworking and attentive. It is clear they are trying hard, and it leaves a great impression.

The hotel is very clean and in many areas new and still being built.

The hotel is beautiful , the rooms are pristine, with everything you could ask for. Flat screen, air, comfy beds, iron, coffee maker, brand new towels. You can walk across the street to the free zone for shopping, downstairs to the casino and the best restaurant anywhere within a 100 miles. The staff are all helpful and friendly, they will take you to and from your room. The restaurant is excellent, I recommend the shrimp satae, my favorite. They also have a beautiful suite with a kitchen, but who wants to cook when you can have anything you like in the restaurant downstairs.
I've stayed at other hotels in the area and nothing comes even close to this one. I highly recommend staying here.
