Located just walkable distance to Airport Located in a calm place Room is very clean and comfortable With nice shower Complementary breakfast is good Uber is easily accessible Uber eats too Stayed for two nights
I was in room 205 it was the worst! The dinning was above me and all you hear is dragging chairs! They make you wear a mask, but the cooks do not and housekeeping pretend to wear them! The place is loud. The shower does not drain and the place is moist and damp. You can walk to the airport if you do not have many bags. Or you can pay 5 dollars. I would not recommend this place.
Super clean and convenient hotel for airport purposes only, there is literally nothing else worth talking about. The staff are helpful and kind, helping with shuttles to Atitlan etc. Took a few minutes to find once I landed, but very conveniently placed. The breakfast was lovely, you have to wander through the kitchen to find it!
I reserved two rooms and paid in advance through Expedia. When we arrived, one of the rooms was much smaller than what I’d paid for—two double beds instead of two queens. The person at the desk knew nothing and we were tired, so I waited until morning to address the issue. I was told that there was a plumbing problem with one of the rooms I reserved and the smaller room was the only option. I asked about the price difference and was told that the rooms were the same price. A look at any booking site makes that lie obvious. Strike two was with parking. When we arrived, they had no parking available. They told us to park in a nearby lot and they would reimburse us. They didn’t tell us that we had to retrieve the car by 6am—when we went to get the car at 7am, the price was much higher and the hotel would only reimburse 1/3 of the cost. The hotel is pretty noisy, and the rooms stuffy unless you open the windows, which lets in the noise. On the plus side, the WiFi was good, the shower was hot, and the beds reasonably comfortable. However, their petty dishonesty erased all the pluses.…
My driver had a hard time finding the In and Out Hotel, so map it before you leave. The area was so quiet he had a hard time finding any one to ask directions. The hotel interface was spacious and clean. They only serve food for breakfast B&B style, so I had the front desk order food delivered as it was after 9 and most restaurants were closed. If you have an early plane, the “free” shuttle only runs after 6 and a taxi is $10 USD.
We stayed in the in & out hotel twice (departure and arrival). It is super clean and the personnel is friendly. Even when we arrived late they cooked us something to eat. It is not a fancy hotel, but that is also not expected from a hotel called “in & out”. Clean and friendly is all you need!
I highly recommend this hotel...it looks like a rather forbidding fortress on the outside, and that speaks of the excellent security measures. However, once the door opened, we walked into a very cheering, bright, and tastefully decorated lobby, with attractive sitting areas. Christian gave us a genuinely warm welcome, and was totally helpful and interested in making our stay pleasant and comfortable. Our room, #101, was impressively spacious, with plenty of clean storage shelves, a little closet area with real hangers, and even a little table for enjoying our snacks and meal. The beds were comfortable and made up with quality sheets that felt good. The bathroom was also immaculate, with lovely, quality towels and a mold-free shower enclosure that featured a rainfall-type shower. The breakfast was excellent quality, with 5 great choices that applied to that which was included in the price of the room, as well as extras for those who wished to pay additionally. We sat and enjoyed the artistic, harmonious decorating in the breakfast room and other public areas. If we return to Guatemala, we will be eager to return to this gem!…
Very nice boutique hotel close to aeroport. Very clean, white and stylish. Wi-fi is very speedy Pancake on breakfast (set #5) is very very delicious . I will recommend this hotel to my Russian friends Muchos gracias !!
I stayed here for 2 nights my first time in Guatemala City and originally gave 4 stars. it is VERY loud at night, and also very hot with no ac. you need to open the windows at night, which makes it difficult to sleep if people are outside. but the manager was very sympathetic to this and tried hard to accommodate me. The issue with that is I came back to all of my personal belongings MOVED by the staff from one room to another (even hotter and with no ceiling fan) room. I felt a bit violated by this and uncomfortable. but thought okay this is a different culture and I know that they were trying to make me comfortable. So, I booked a return stay with them upon my return from xela back through Guatemala city to the airport. unfortunately my mother in law died two days before this flight home and I was forced to book an emergency flight home to my family. this hotel has refused to credit my refund despite having a death in the family! and despite hotels.com even advocating on my behalf! very let down by this. returning to Guatemala city in the fall for 5 days and I just booked with a different hotel. they refused a refund for ONE night so they just lost out on 5 nights. very disappointed with this place as I had been recommending them to fellow travelers.…
I stayed a night at In and Out Hotel. We arrived very early and exhausted, and they were able to get a room earlier that the noted check-in time(which was a huge bonus). It’s close to the airport, clean, quiet, private, and safe. There isn’t much for food around the area, but they have a little kitchen and make some pretty decent food on site. I totally recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you’re just stay in the city for the night. Very pleasant people.
