We took a room at the hotel with my wife, we checked as a couple and took and upgrade, when we went out to hang out at night, when we came back, we were about to take elevator to our room, when a security guy from the hotel aboard me, complaning about my wife! .... Something about that he was...

This hotel is great value. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I was actually a bit surprised at how nice they were. I was paying a super rate too which I booked online. Staff are fantastic as are most people in Guatemala in service industry. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a shuttle service which I...

I have my doubts about it, but as soon we arrive everything was smooth and easy, excellent prime location.. First Class hotel with all the amenities, easy access by taxi 30 Quetzales (about $4.50 from the Centro Historico) clean and big rooms, (we got two for the price of one) plenty of towels, big bathroom with a tub and toiletries...

This was a "one night stand" with my spouse of 2 days before returning to the states. Everything about this hotel was excellent starting from the moment of arrival with staff very attentive to desk staff and the wake up call in the morning to catch the flight. There were about 4 other hotels nearby so this was a very...

My Holiday Inn stay was great. I spent 6 nights here on a business trip. The food in the restaurant great, the hotel was laid out very well. I did not give 5 stars as I wished here were more amenities for those staying on the executive floors. The executive floors were high up with decent views of the city,...

I felt the room was very basic and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the room barely blew out cool air. The front desk service was poor at best. The price was reasonable, but I expect better service from a Holiday Inn. The smokers and peddlers that congregated outside the main entrance was a bit much. The...

Located in a very accessible, new and happening part of town. It's more fancy and has more amenities than what you expect for the brand. The rooms are comfortable and very spacious. Personally, i would revamp the bathrooms, but overall a very comfortable stay.
