I absolutely adore the rooms are this hotel. The suite style with hardwood flooring is beautiful. Great views from the balconies as well. It is in a great location, close to many great restaurants. I've stayed here many times for business travel and highly recommend it.

We stayed at the Mercure 3 nights in March, had a fine stay, with no problems. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely nice, well appointed and comfortable. It had a full kitchen, which was more than we needed, but ice to have it available. The only down side, is as often the case, anything taken to...

This is a fantastic hotel in Guatemala City. The room was very large with lioving area and kitchen. Bath room is excellent. No pool area. Across from a small mall. The room was beautiful, and service excellent. We had a breakfast included, which was very good!

Mercure veranda is a typical business hotel. It did offer free wifi and a free full breakfast, it is centrally located and has very spacious and comfortable rooms! A great place to stay and rest in Guatemala City after a long bus trip from Flores!

Mercure Casa Veranda may be on the expensive side, but when you come back tired and sweaty from a day of walking and climbing and walking in Tikal National Park, it is an oasis. The service is good and the rooms clean. Breakfast is plentiful and is included in the price of the room. Could not ask for more. The...

This is a nice little hotel that is well located in Zona 10, within walking distance of restaurants and bars and relatively "safe" (by Guatemala City standards - always take precautions and don't carry valuables, even in this area). Pros: Nice, comfortable suites with a kitchen, good location. Cons: The gym leaves a lot to be desired - just a...

Great deal but booking it online, cause adding a person was really expensive. We did it just because of the emergency but it would have being better getting another suite online. The place is clean and nice but expensive.

Stayed here for a short business trip and enjoyed it very much. The room was very clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Proximity to embassies, malls and restaurants was great.I would definitely stay here again if my travels bring me to this area.

I stay here for 5 days for business. The hotel is ok for its price, the staff is helpful and nice, the bedroom is spacious, the wahroom is a little tired, the menu in the restaurant could be better. I'd wish more and better selection if fruits offered during the breakfast buffet. Summary. Good to stay for its price but...
