Pros: a restaurant with good Italian food . A pool and gardens and coveted patio walkway between rooms. Located off the main road and hustle and noise. One day turnaround on laundry! Safe and quiet and good wifi! Great location down alley off main shopping street. Hotel with ATM across the street Cons: sheets feel like sandpaper with little to...

When I arrived a friendly elder man showed me my room at the very end of the hotel. I did not understand why farest away from the restaurant and the reception. The room was really full of mold - nobody can tell me that they did not know this..... I think I got the room since I was travelling alone...

The outside area of the hotel is very nice. The pool is lovely and the breakfast was good. But the rooms are very old and there was lots of mold in the toilet as you can see in the picture i've added. Also it took forever for the hot water to come in the shower. The safe did not work....

The grounds are lovely and the location is good, but our room was a big-time disappointment. It looked like a 1950's motel room in need of a major renovation. Some of the lights didn't work, the bathroom was ugly and the windows didn't have screens so they couldn't be opened.

A nice and clean hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are away from the busy street, so that you can really enjoy the evening and the night in a quiet room. In a walking distance you can find many restaurants and the lake is just about 400 meters from the hotel.

Walk down the lane and as the noise abates, you are enveloped by lovely plantings and carefully maintained walkways. Then you find the door to your room and are charmed. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated with Guatemala textiles and art. There are comfortable chairs and sitting areas both inside the room and out. The bath rooms have large showers...

This was my first time visiting Pana, and I fell in love with this place. I loved how the rooms were set back from the street, which made it much quieter than I was expecting when we pulled up. Our group would sit around the pool in the evenings and felt very safe. It was just steps to walk out...
