This is a very well organized and maintained resort that is second to none! I was really impressed. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely come back next year but that time it will be a longer stay; it is worthwhile.

We stayed one week. Services were great. Friendly staff. Good food. Nice weather. Great golf course at very reasonable price. $250 a week of unlimited play. The beach had too many sand flies. Could not enjoy beach time. Location is very isolated but we liked the quietness and security. Very hilly terrains. We got a golf cart for the week...

Thank you for bringing these situations to our attention. We are always pleased to help our guest to coordinate any type of transportation. But often guests find the cost of taxi’s a little high. We typically recommend, if guests are wanting to tour the island, that they rent a car since it’s cheaper, and can be done during daytime at...

Villa was nice with great golf course and ocean view and small private pool. First Villa we were to have right next door the staff could not get the door to open. Beach club fountains not working, lower pool no water in it and fountain from upper pool to lower not working, fountains and waterfalls on golf course not working....

Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention. There may be maintenance items that need attention and we assume you requested our team to investigate. Likewise, there are maintenance items that occur on a property our size that require certain areas to be shut down for limited lengths of time. We’re sorry some of the conditions didn’t meet your...

This was a great resort! There were virtually no kids at this resort. The water is warm and the snorkeling is fantastic right out in front of the resort. I recommend renting a car. There are lots of potholes in the two lane roads, people drive all over the roads but you never go faster than about 35 miles an...

Thank you for your TripAdvisor review and great advice to your fellow travelers. A stay at Pristine Bay can be a memorable and worry-free getaway by taking a few steps: ensure you bring insect repellent just in case, make a stop at a local grocery to get all the supplies you’ll need in your luxurious villa, and perhaps consider renting...

On our last full day of a great Easter vacation, we decided to stop by the resort. We hadn't done it before because it's certainly not in the "beaten path" of the island. We're glad we did! The place is beautiful, very well maintained, with great service and very friendly staff. We could tell we were in for a treat...

Stopped at this place while were in port on a cruise. The views were beautiful and the breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. My husband and I were saying that we would love to come back and stay at this resort. The views are breathtaking. I was on a cruise with my hubby and my two besties and this...

This Resort is amazing, I mean I don't know where to begin. From the moment my boyfriend and I landed in Roata'n we were greeted and picked up by the resorts shuttle service which was nice. Trip to the actual resort was beautiful, once we arrived to the resort Brian and Ingrid took care of our accommodations and made sure...

Thank you for staying with us on your recent visit to Roatan! We live on an island paradise and we have tried to honor our special location by building a very different resort property. A relaxing and beautiful exterior deserves a beautiful, restful interior space. It’s true we have very little light pollution on Roatan, and many guests are amazed...

Our villa exceeded our expectations. It was HUGE! Very nice. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, full kitchen, private infinity pool. This resort was excellent! It's about a 45 min drive to west bay beach and west end, I definitely recommend renting a car.
