This was the most fabulous vacation we have had. The staff was amazing and went above any request we made. When they found out it was our 25th anniversary, they planned a special dinner and evening for us. There is no fear of mosquitoes -- a steady breeze keeps them away, and the staff is constantly looking to eliminate any... More

Had my wife's birthday lunch at Paya Bay yesterday. Absolutely wonderful afternoon. The staff was gracious and attentive, the food was tasty and they even made a birthday cake for us. Add the killer view and fresh sea breeze and it just doesn't get any better. We live on Roatan and Paya Bay Resort is one of our favorite getaway... More

We took a day trip from the Carnival Freedom Cruise Ship, at it was the best excursion on the trip. We were met at the cruise ship terminal on time as usual and it took about fifty minutes to get to the resort. We were met like family, we ordered our lunch for noon. We spent the morning on the... The property is outstanding. The place is small enough you will know all the other guests. Great trails, a fantastic beach, awesome views, many small lounge areas with privacy. The once or twice a day snorkel trips by Captain Tom are well worth the extra $10. Sea kayaking in the waves was a blast. We stayed in a cliff side... More

I only went for a day pass and had lunch and a beach visit. I would now consider coming back for a stay. I had never swam on a nude beach but it was very easy and fun. They have a dunk pool to hang at and wash the salt water off. Property is amazing with trails and places to... More

....which will either cost you 10 USD per person or you could just buy lunch and linger. This place is so cool and low key. hidden trails everywhere, privacy around every corner, and so also places you can be a comfortable naked gringo waterside with a breeze or a view vs being on the beach where most of the guests... My wife and I just returned from a two week stay on Roatan. The first week we stayed in the West Bay area while the second week found us at Paya Bay Resort. We arranged through Paya Bay for ground transfer from our West Bay resort to Paya Bay. We requested a pick-up at 12:30 P.M. and the transport arrived... More

We stopped by for an excellent lunch and then toured the grounds. The place has amazing views. We did not stay at the hotel, only ate lunch. The rum punch was quite tasty as well. I would recommend the restaurant for a fun little lunch trip.

This was my fourth stay at Paya Bay in five years and turned out to be everything I expected. I visit several different international clothing optional resorts with different vibes and PBR fits into the low key, contemplative vibe category. I am a SCUBA diver and dived every morning with neighboring Tropical Island Divers and spent the afternoons on the... More

Paya Bay sits on a rocky point with amazing energy. Very refreshing and uplifting just to be there. The food is quite good and the sweet little beaches are lovely and can be used on a day basis if you eat lunch there. Not to be missed.
