Stayed at Rubi's Inn for 9 glorious nights. Husband and I booked the 'suite' (room 12) which has an ocean view, private balcony with a table, chairs and a hammock. We booked through Parrott's Dive Shop as we were diving with them. Super friendly staff and the girls kept the rooms immaculate. You can use the little kitchen any time...

We stayed at Rubi's for 8 nights during a visit to Utila and can high recommend it! We tried to prebook a room by ringing but were told over the phone just to turn up off the ferry. It was easy to find - 5 mins walk from the dock and when we arrived at 10.30am there seemed to be...

Rooms are cleaned every day except for saturday's. Shower and toilet in every room. Fan is standard, but you can ask for Aircondition (that will cost you extra, though). Clean sheets every other day. New double beds (March 2017) The hotel kitchen (for guests) is renovated.

I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. Spring for the honeymoon suite and with that you will get a balcony over looking the beautiful ocean. I enjoyed the easy access to the ocean as well on the property.

We decided to stay at Rubi's after reading lots of great reviews. We did not feel that the property lived up to the reviews though. The owner was very kind and welcoming. The room was not very clean. We ended up with bugs in the beds and all over the bathroom. The room came with a mini-fridge, which is a...

We stayed at Rubi's Inn this past weekend (22-24 July). We absolutely loved it and would definitely return. It's a little gem just two mins from the main town. Small, cozy and hidden away. Owned & Operated by the nicest people.

Where to start ? The rooms are immaculate clean The hot shower actually works and you get a minifridge in your own room! And wifi is super fast ! The hotel has stunning views on the bay and its dock .... I saw the best sunsets ever !! The garden has a load of shade under the beautiful almond trees!...

This place was great. I got warm showers and a clean room for about $20 a day. Rubi was kind, the grounds were clean and safe. I loved sitting the hammock in the evenings. For the price, I don't think there is a better place to get a private room on the island.

Rubi's is quaint and spotless. We loved our room and even without running AC it was comfortable. The hot water works too. The staff is so helpful and the rooms are so clean. Take your snorkel mask as there are neat fish and a small boat sunk right after the end of their pier - so it's easy to spend...

Great location- very central with lots of restaurant/stores close by. Can't beat being right there by the water- they have a dock with a bench to enjoy the view. Very simple room- though the beds were a bit uncomfortable (due to their age). Clean place. For $20/night, you get what you pay for- simplicity.
