We are a small hotel with 6 rooms. Our cafeteria serves delicious breakfasts, great coffee and homemade cakes. For lunch we offer tasty pitabread sandwiches and salads. Our rooms have hot water all day, A/C, refrigerator, ceiling fan, cable TV, DVD player with free movies, and soundproofed windows. The hotel offers free WiFi, a generator, laundry service, a reading lounge, and private parking.
A bit off the historic district and park, this hotel is intimate, quiet and truly comfortable oasis. Rooms are on 2 levels ( no elevator). There are covered sitting veranda outside rooms, all of which overlook a beautiful Courtyard garden. Rooms were spacious, comfortably and very attractively furnished. Excellent and helpful staff, although on this stay staff was shared with the sister hotel a short distance away. (They provide guests with a building gate key as well as a separate room key.). There is an excellent cafe opposite the hotel and the sister hotel has its own tasty breakfast spot. A wonderful choice in Copan Ruinas. (PS - If you love great coffee, be shared to visit Welchez's off the plaza, an easy walk, from the hotel and well worth the trip from the USA.)…

There are few places to stay in Copan, but this one was excellent. Only six rooms make this an intimate hotel. Mini-split in each room to keep you comfortable in the jungle. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended for couples.

This is the sister hotel to Yat B'alam and owned by the same person. Yat B'alam is just around the corner from this hotel. If you stay here specify that you do not want rooms 201, 202, or 203. These rooms face the street and there is a liquor store next door that keeps dogs in a dog run. Dogs will bark all night. The other rooms do not face the street and are much quieter. Lots of stairs and no elevator to the second floor. There is a very pleasant courtyard (as with most hotel in Copan Ruinas). There is no café or food on premises, you need to go around the corner to the café at Yat B'alam. The owner could greatly improve service by having coffee in the morning. Note: there is a treated water at no cost (a bonus in Copan). Internet in room works good as does the air conditioning and fan, but the water pressure in the shower is poor when more than one room is using the shower. The plus side is that is a great location, 1 1/2 blocks from the city square.…

When traveling to a new place, you often don’t know exactly what to expect. We were concerned about electricity, hot running water and other things, but need not have worried at all. This is a first class hotel all the way. The staff is wonderful, and very accommodating. The breakfasts are great; we didn’t eat lunch in the café but it is right downtown. It does get noisy around the Hotel on Saturday night, otherwise it is quiet.

This is a great small hotel in Copan. The location is very convenient for anything you'd want to visit in Copan, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable. The breakfast is included and was very good. The parking is a few blocks away but in a safe and secure covered parking garage. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Copan.

This may be the best boutique hotel in Copan. I have stayed here several times. Each time has been a peaceful, relaxing visit. Rooms are air conditioned, have a t.v., overhead fan, and refrigerator. They have a small restaurant with limited menu but they do have excellent breakfasts and cold drinks all day. Yat B'alam is around the corner from the central square and within two blocks of two cash machines. They take credit cards and have the best staff (say hi to Kathy for me!).

The hotel was clean and quaint with excellent service. The staff were very friendly and gave helpful tips for things to see and do. The ladies working there only spoke Spanish but we managed. We travelled as a family of 3 and were quite satisfied with the size of the room although the layout was not that convenient for the air con, which was placed over one bed and didn't reach across the room to the other bed. It was not that hot so we were fine but it might cause some problems for others. The location was convenient for the pedestrian street and central park. They have great coffee and breakfast was typical but not included.

The hotel is very small (6 rooms) and cozy. Super neat, great service, delicious breakfast, perfect location (5 min. Away from the main plaza) and has all the basics (wifi, hot water, tv, blow dryer...) We stayed for 3 nights and really didn't want to leave!
