We had a total of 5 rooms for 11 people, and the rooms, service, accommodations, and pool were excellent. Free drink to relax by the pool, very good dining experience, near the ruins, helpful staff. Very pleased.

We had two rooms on the second floor at the end of the hall. There was a small common area that we enjoyed sitting in. We also visited our friends upstairs on the third floor, where there was a hammock in the common area. Our kids spent a lot of time up there. On our floor (the 2nd), the rooms... More

Very satisfied with our stay at this lovely hotel. Yes, you can pay more, but the prime location and attentive staff at Camino Maya leave little to be desired. How many hotels include breakfast? This one does....and it was delicious. We live in Roatan and travel all over the mountain region by motorcycle. We get to compare many different types... More

Checked in at midnight and the front desk looked closed but they had someone there waiting for us (three travelers 32, 31 and 36...old people). Desk guy gave us one key with a huge wood tag attached to it. Our room was on the second floor. Walk in the room to some stucco with the corners painted pinkish to make... More

Great location right in the square, and walking distance to everything. Could be a little noisy at night. Dark, small rooms, but clean. Not much natural light, there was an armor in front of one of the windows making it darker than it should be. Bathroom was small as well, nice warm water though. Did not see or use the... More

This is an amazing hotel, the location is superb and if you go to Copan during the hot months you must take a dip at their pool in the complex some blocks down the town, one of the most important things is that the hotel has a power plant in case of a power failure which are really common lately... The hotel is in a great location, right on the main square and within walking distance of many great restaurants/bars. You can walk to the Copan ruins in about half an hour from the hotel or you can take a taxi for a couple of dollars. The breakfast was made to order and there was a good selection. We were... More
