So San Pedro Sula doesn't have the best reputation as a city in terms of safety... and I admit I was a little apprehensive when I was planning my trip there since I would be staying alone and it was my first time there. I felt 100% safe at Hotel Las Cascadas and the room was impeccably clean and extremely... More

I stayed at the hotel for 2 separate night while on a business trip and was very pleased with the location, cleanliness of the room and also the comfort of the bed. Breakfast was very basic and could use a little improvement. It would have been nice to have some more real fruit, which I saw a little of on... More

The hotel is located in a decent neighbourhood with a lot of cafés and restaurants in walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy and display a nice modern charme. It's not a bargain but I would not call it overly expensive either. If I ever come to San Pedro Sula again, I will definitely... More

Stayed there twice last year during travel to Utila (and back). Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Ordered ariport pick-up before arriving and was glad that the cabbie was still there after my delayed flight from Miami in the evening. The room was very comfy and the free breakfast is nothing fancy but does the job. Each floor of the... More

This is a great little hotel right with tons of restaurants in the area. Staff was friendly, helpful and provided great service. Only downside is no pool, if they had one, it would be the only place to stay.

Arriving on a delayed evening flight where we found the SPS airport nearly deserted, we were happy that the hotel staff had offered to have someone pick us up. After arrival at the hotel and getting checked in to our clean and pleasant room, we are grateful to the ever-helpful Andrea for advice on where to find an ATM, get... More

Modern boutique hotel, clean room, breakfast included also bottle of water a day, comfortable bed, no noise, good location near nice restaurants, good wifi service. Bad thing there was no hot water in the shower also no room service menu so assume there is no room service, no free shuttle to airport, no snacks bar or fridge . A plus... More

This is a fairly modern, boutique style hotel, I appreciate the decor, comfy bed, nice sheets etc. Cecilia at the desk and Susana the manager both speak great English and are very helpful. I will stay there in the future again!

We stayed here one night before going to Copan and one night after, and had really excellent service both times. The hotel shuttle driver took us everywhere and was always on time, and had a very reasonable price. Breakfast was fine, and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is on the edge of one of the best areas of... More

I spent one night here having to catch an early flight. The hotel was clean, the room and bed were great but the best part was the service. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was the best service I have ever experienced. I will never stay anywhere else in San Pedro Sula again.
