My daughter and I drove past the road leading into the hotel two times. Neither she nor I saw that it lead to the hotel's entry and lobby that certainly is in an unusual location. First of all, one has to stop for a ticket for the bar to raise before passing through a shopping area before reaching the hotel. Upon arriving, the location of the lobby is not obvious, consequently, we entered the underground parking unsure if it was the hotel's parking. Apparently any idiot would know that the L button in the elevator indicates lobby. One of the reasons that we chose the hotel was for the pool. When we went to the pool, we were denied entry as it had been reserved for a gathering; so much for the reservation that we were paying for. Other than that, so far it has been great. Other than that Mrs. Lincoln how was the play (at at Ford’s Theatre on April 14, 1865)?…
Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve personally been too. The staff here is outstanding! Ask for Ramiro and he’ll personally cater to your needs! The breakfast, OUTSTANDING!! The pool area is my fav!!
Hotel overall was loud and rooms are ok. What made my stay memorable was the staff! Milady and Ramiro at breakfast always ensured we had a table and coffee! Edwin, Jensen and Claudia at the rooftop bar were always happy and festive, taking care of us during happy hour! The housekeeping staff were super courteous and ensure our rooms were always clean! These are some of the names I remember, but everyone we came in contact with during our long stay was super friendly!
The people working in the Hotel were very nice, specifically at breakfast where Milady y Ramiro went above and beyond to make our experience a dream come true. The lady's cleaning the rooms were also incredible and helpful. It was a great experience to enjoy their hospitality.
When you think about the Hyatt you want the whole package good service, comfortable rooms, good food. Before the pandemic we used to celebrate our anniversary here unfortunately our last experience was not the best. The food was very good like always but the chromecast and netflix on our room did not work, we called several times for support and no response. Also we order room service 3 times and no response. No customer service at the moment of breakfast we look over the place for forks and spoons until someones was able to find a pair. We put the complain and they offered us a courtesy night and misteriously that email till the day has not arrived. I think that the Hyatt as it has been closed for a long time needs more staff and strengthen its current with training in customer service to be that awesome hotel that offered the whole package before the pandemic. …
I was super pleased with my visit and have zero complaints. Used amenities, enjoyed the breakfast and room service, utilized the available drivers for errands and all requests were promptly taken care of. This is the hotel to stay while visiting Tegucigalpa.
A modern hotel with a great central location and a super rooftop. The breakfast is superb, with a great selection. The staff was excellent, from the front desk staff to the housekeepers to the rooftop bar staff. I will return here, a great stay!
Amazing staff, kind people and great food,. Nice and confortable rooms. Quiet yet close to Tegucigalpa's business districts. The hotel is located within a highly safe and very nice enclave, right at the back of a mall, several places where to eat, supermarkets, the US embassy, Very nice place!!!
I went for 2 nights to do some business. This is my first visit to Honduras and this hotel is in a safe area with walking distance places for great food, pharmacy and supermarket. Would recommend to friends and family visiting Tegucigalpa in the future.
Nice Hotel Service and spacious rooms. The food is great. Location is convinient. Only that the Heater controller was not working. It has a nice terrace and great view around the city. Would come back to this hotel for sure.
