The hotel has an inviting, eccentric feel. The beds were extremely comfortable. The food at the coffee shop was great. And this hotel is in walking distance of all the bars, breweries and restaurants.

The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from downtown shops, restaurants and the university. It is a beautiful area. The main brick building has loads of character with a great little coffee shop & barista. The Foundry bar & music venue is also wonderful. The rooms were nice as well. My only complaint is that our room (115)...

Fun college theme throughout the Graduate Athens. Clean and comfortable room, good in-room coffee, good fitness room, Turner Classic Movies (a rare TV option, even in luxury hotels), and best of all: a GREAT VALUE.

One of the main reasons we stayed here was that it was pet friendly and thought the pics of the decor and whatnot was cool. Very disappointed in the food and closing of the restaurant on a Monday due to a sorority event. Also the leaking of vent in the bathroom from second floor that smelled of urine.

I love the Graduate and have stayed here several times. I enjoy the cool vibe and amenities; the location is perfect if you are there to visit UGA's campus. Close to all the great restaurants and bars, shopping, etc. There is a super coffee shop in the main building, great for breakfast or hanging out. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here when visiting UGA. Clean, vintage, comfortable. Convenient to downtown Athens & UGA. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Rooms small but adequate. Nice walk in shower. didn't eat at the Foundry but heard it was good. The coffee shop was good... But free but nice to have right there.

My husband and I stay at this hotel a for a night, overall we had a good experience, staff professional and friendly, clean hotel and nice decorated room, I liked the 1960s vibe. One complain that I have is that they should put a little more effort in bathrooms cleaning, shower and door were quiet dusty and dirty

When I'm visiting a new city, I only like to stay in Historic Inns or Boutique Hotels with CHARACTER. Graduate Athens is a fun place and walking into the lobby made me smile. I studied every detail of the decor because that's what evokes a memory of my (long ago!) days in college.

Overall a fine location, near the town centre. Easy parking, different to the average 'chain' hotel. Nice rooms, entertainingly decorated and comfortable. Live music, mainly country, on site at The Foundary, nice distraction in the evening. Only disappointment, was there was nowhere to sit outside in sun (or shade), a small gazebo was often populated by smokers and the pool...

Stayed at the Graduate Athens during a recent college visit with my high schooler. Nice facility and convenient to campus. Disappointed with the limited dinner menu at the Foundry. Disappointed to find small bugs in bed
