Well maintained, but holy moly, this place is DATED. Entering the lobby was like stepping back 15 years. Except for the TV's everything is... vintage. The room was even more dated. With the exception of the mattress and the TV (still cathode ray), I was the newest thing in the room. Curtains, phone books, pipes from the 1970's sticking out...

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your business! I am glad you recognize the work our staff puts into making this property the best they can. We are in need of an upgrade in certain areas. As you mentioned with the mattresses and TVs, you see we have started the process. I sincerely intend to remain vigilant about upgrading...

The staff was polite, but this was the most run-down property I've been in in 20 years. The AC in the common areas did not work, the carpet, furniture and TV's in the rooms were old and from the 1980's I think. The pass-thru AC unit was loud, but it kept the room cool.

Well, quite honestly,I don't want to really know what has happened in my room over the years. This hotel is everything and more from some of the worst reviews of this Ramada Inn. I ended up staying here only because I had an early flight out of the airport and it's pretty much the closest hotel---my mistake. As previous reviewers...

I can only say I am deeply sorry that you did not have a better experience at our hotel. I hope that our staff, at the very least, treated you well. I understand your complaints and thoughts that our guests deserve a better value for their money. Even an excellant staff cannot overshadow the lack of appeal you experienced. The...

Perhaps staying at Hilton properties has spoiled me just a bit, however this particular Ramada is in serious need of some updates. What I did notice immediately on the fourth floor, was that the lights were constantly flickering, and the sound insulating properties from street noise were poor. Shortly after 11:00 P.M,, the power was lost on the entire floor....

Thank you for taking the time to reveiw your stay with us. I am deeply sorry that the outage on your floor was a disturbance. And I am even more regretful that the response to your reporting it was not friendly and more attentive. That is not how our guest deserve to be treated. Although we are not the Hilton,...

I was down for the Masters so I wasn't in the room much. It was functional, but nothing to get excited about. During my 3 night stay, the power in my room went out twice. Also, the wifi was non-existent. Overall, the room was clean, but definitely out dates and there were no frills. Again, strictly functional.

We are grateful for your patronage and hope that you enjoyed the Tournament while you were in town. I am thankful that your room was clean and mostly functional. We did have a power issue on your floor and rectified it as soon as possible. I am sorry that it caused a disturbance during your stay. Our guests certainly deserve...
