Our room was very well maintained and extremely clean with a very efficient, courteous, and excellent maid service. The grounds were very well maintained and the central courtyard was always clean with ample chairs and tables for eating outside or relaxing when the weather permitted. However, the biggest plus during our stay at this particular hotel was the Suite Manager,...

I stayed here both times I was in Augusta. Having an oven was wonderful, even if just reheating left-overs from a nearby restaurant instead of by microwave, which doesn't do as well with food like bread. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Outstanding internet speed. It is quiet yet only 1 intersection from major roads to get where you...

We stayed here to get ready for our daughters wedding. The staff was great, especially the lady in the office, good location and the room had a nice layout and was very clean. They just need to be pet friendly.

I've been living comfortably in my home away from home off and on since March 2016 while working in the area. A self proclaimed neat freak I can attest to the validity of the other reviews that rave about the cleanliness of the suites, common areas, and grounds. The friendly ladies on staff maintain the property superbly. The courtyard has...

I reserved a room online last minute and didn't really know what kind of hotel this was. Most of the people staying there looked like contractors. In for a while and needed a larger room with a kitchen. It's like a small apartment inside. Comfortable but the bed and sheets were a little cheap. The office was closing as we...

The perfect place to stay. Near Doctor's Hospital and a variety of restaurants and shops. The manager, Debbie, was extremely helpful in providing us with the accommodations we needed following my surgery. Most courteous and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable!

Not only was the place clean and comfortable, but the manager was very friendly! She was easy to work with when we needed to get a room with short notice. I felt very safe staying here as the rooms are accessible via an outside door. Very nice courtyard in the middle. Will definitely be my choice if I go to...

We had a wonderful experience during a very hard time with a family member in the Augusta Burn Center. The manager was so nice to us. We would recommend this place to anyone. Our stay was great. The manager helped us to find our way around Augusta since we are out of state and always met us with a smile....

I have done a lot of traveling for business and for pleasure. Stayed in many of well known high end hotels. This by far has been one of the cleanest well kept hotels I have ever stayed in. The manager Debbie is also one of the kindest people I have ever met. Very comfortable place to stay. Definitely my home...

My first criteria for a hotel is cleaness - this met the test. Access to the rooms from out side is via a key card into the courtyard. I felt very safe. I stayed here for two weeks after flying in from London and could not fault anything. Debbie was extremely nice and even lent me something from her own...
