We stopped at this hotel as we were passing through. It was very clean, the staff was kind and personable. There were small thoughtful touches in the room like organic coffee. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. This was a great place to stay, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We have stayed at the West Bank Inn every year since 2011 during the Masters Golf Tournament and always have been very happy with our accommodations. We were a little worried last year when the long time owners sold the motel but the new owners have even improved the property with new flat screen tv's, granite counters in the bathrooms...

Stayed two nights at the West Bank Inn, hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly. Hotel is close to multiple dinning options. Will stay again if I find myself in Augusta Georgia again.

Me and my son recently stayed here for the Masters and found it very clean. It is a family run business and it shows through out that they really care about all details. They were friendly and helpful with any questions and needs. Highly recommend! John O

I stayed at the charming little West Bank Inn for 6 weeks on a work assignment. The staff were friendly for the most part and accommodating. It is centrally located between restaurants and shopping too. I would definately stay there again.

We have a great stay at this hotel in Augusta. Hotel is nice, clean and affordable. Staff is friendly. Lots of restaurants around it. Very good continental breakfast to start the day. Nicely updated room with Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs and new granite vanities. I would recommend to my family and friends.

We chose the West Bank Inn after seeing the high ratings by others. We've been gone one month and we can support all the positive comments you see here. Best breakfast, shower head, clean, friendly, 5 mins from Augusta National, good food and shopping all around the area. We would return again for sure and recommend it to friends.

Very good. Convenient to I-20, many other hotels, motels and restaurants at this exit. Staff courteous and helpful. Room clean and some new renovations, no problems other than the wall heating unit was loud. Breakfast limited but adequate. We would have preferred a secure wi-fi connection.

Thank wbcjr
