When available, I basically only stay at Courtyards. This is probably my least favorite Courtyard I've stayed in. I can't blame the hotel for everything, but there was some type of family reunion and the noise level was off the charts. It took several complaints to get the guest in the floor below to stop being so loud. The halls...

Stayed with my husband and two children. The Sunday morning breakfast was delicious and they were very accommodating when I asked for a first floor room. Odd with the sliding glass doors to parking lot, but they are locked so you can't open them. Pool was clean and children 3 and 5 thoroughly enjoyed.

Unfortunately this hotel did not meet my expectations. I travel alot and the Marriott is my least favorite at this point, although, the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a King Room and it wasn't very spacious. The workout area was very accomodating with weights, tredmills and an eliptical. I was pleased but expected more from this hotel.

This was just odd. Two-story property and had to use the stairs because there was no elevator. Rachel was very friendly and booked me a room right near the stairs. Room was clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly so it meets the basic criteria for a decent stay.

I stayed at this hotel last week, while on business in Augusta. The people that work at this hotel were fabulous!!! The people that run the little cafe in the lobby were amazing! I will say.. The cafe prices were a little expensive. The rooms were just your average hotel room. The a/c and fridge were kind of loud (especially...

I will never stay at this hotel again. It has no elevator and I had to make several trips to carry my luggage upstairs. Two of the housekeepers were extremely loud and shared their personal business in front of my door. They cursed for about 15 minutes straight. I thought it was very unprofessional and I'm glad my children were...

We stayed in a King w/ a couch. The room was pretty spacious. The room appeared to be clean and smelled refreshing after housekeeping cleaned on our 2nd night. The air conditioner made too much noise. It sounded like water splashing throughout the night. The fire alarm flashed throughout the night as well which was located directly over our heads....
