I inadvertently booked the incorrect nights during the Masters two months in advance, immediately called the front dest and explained the mistake and was told the GM needs to OK the cancellation and isn't available at the moment. As a Hilton Diamond member I called the Diamond desk and was told this happens all the time and don't worry about, management will take care of it shortly. I received an email from the GM, Holly White, the next day that their policy is no changes or cancellations. I stay in Hilton properties 100+ nights a year and have never come across any such property with such poor consideration for their guests.
So happy we found this place what a great experience. The bed were hands down one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever stayed in if not THE most comfortable. Super clean and loved the historic vibe.
Spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Historic building that has been updated nicely. Most rooms are likely smaller than a newer hotel, but feels very comfort with a throw back in time. Love the two choices of dining - upscale restaurant and more casual seafood restaurant on the top floor which has an awesome view of the city
I had a business meeting at Patridge Inn's 8595 Restaurant. I was greeted by a friendly hostess and my waitress, Anna was amazing. She was so nice and knew the menu options inside and out. Because this was a business meeting she allowed my guest and me to push a table together to provide room for my laptop. She recommended the Fried Green Tomato appetizer and it was amazing. Overall, she's great. Her energy was top notch and I plan to return for future business meetings. Thanks, Anna
The bed and pillows are amazingly plush. Valet staff went above and beyond great service. James and Kenny especially. We came to Augusta for a concert. James, was great prior to going on-site, and provided shuttle service to Broad Street. Kenny picked us up afterwards. In the morning Kenny was still working. He said he worked all night but still was eager to assist with our luggage (it was a lot too) We'll be staying @ The Partridge Inn when we are in Augusta for the great service.
Restaurant was very good quality of food and service was excellent. Juan provided great service. Great views from roof top bar and grill friendly staff and check in was a breeze. Parking was a little challenging so I would suggest valet
Very hectic as they were finishing a movie filming in the hotel. Staff seemed relieved it was almost over! Rooms are really old and outdated, but a comfortable bed and the rooftop inn is delightful. Restaurant 8595 is one of the best restaurants in all my travels . 5 star all the way. The food is outstanding. I would stay again!
Definitely recommend! Beautiful hotel and grounds. Rooftop restaurant and bar was amazing. Helen and Harvey at the front desk were fantastic folks. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. We will definitely be back again in the future!
Beautiful old hotel. Great staff. Quar-an was most helpful and got us a great room with an awesome view of Augusta. We rode our bikes on the Augusta Canal Trail. Overall great staff, great hotel. A nice stay.
Hilton is doing a great job with unique or historic lodgings, our most memorable being the Istanbul Conrad overlooking the Bosporus. Closer to home and traveling through Augusta, it was a memorable treat to sip wine from the rooftop at sunset and relax over breakfast in a real hotel restaurant the next morning. We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Partridge Inn: * inviting, long porch; * extremely comfortable mattress for a good night’s sleep; * surprising entertainment as a movie was being produced somewhere on a upper floor; * and especially the hospitality of the staff, like Harvey and Rod.
