Stayed at the Ka'anapali Beach Club hotel over New Years with my husband, sister, and her fiancé all in our mid-late 20s. We thought the location was great and the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays; however, there was some room for improvement. As for the pros: the rooms were spacious and very clean. We were on the second...

I am an owner at the timeshare. The concierge will con you into attending an owner presentation when attending the presentation it really is a sales pitch to trade your traditional week to points. The sales representatives are aggressive and condensing. When they realize you aren't going to buy become rude. Watch out they lie and tell you anything to...

You worked hard to vacation in Hawaii and I know there are many other hotels/resorts that offer better value. The pool is amazing and I give the view an 8 but again there is equal or better out there for the same price. The facility takes pride in the 40 million dollar upgrade it just did, however I don't see...

Love this place great pool, beach was a bit then due to previous storms and currents but the grand old Embassy still has it. Have stayed here many times and will be back soon. Pool bar was under construction but didn't slow down the service.

This was our first trip to Maui. When we arrived we hired a car which took over an hour standing in a line at Budget to collect our prebooked car. Then we started the drive to Lahaina where we we to stay and found ourselves in a major traffic jam. Single lane bumper to bumper all the way. If no...

I first visited this property in 2000 when it was Embassy Resort. Has now become part of Diamond Resorts. Appears that maintenance hasn't kept up with the times. Feels dated. Kitchen cabinets were faded, couch in living room was dirty, smelly, housekeeping was poor. Coffee maker was not working. They offer breakfast Buffett, but the food was very average. Fruits...

Ka'analali Beach Club was a great base for exploring Maui. The rooms are a bit dated, however, they are spacious and comfortable. The grounds were great, the pool always had chairs and great views of the ocean. The room had a partial kitchen and there was a grocery store about 5 minute walk from the property. Also barbecue area was...

Stayed here twenty years ago and not much has changed since then. Once you get over the pink paint, pink beach cushions, aqua floor tiles and the vastness of the place, it ended up serving us very well. The rooms are updated, clean and large. We didn't get an ocean view and I didn't even ask for one. I had...

The hotel was good enough, spacious suite with 2 rooms, big balcony and huge bathroom. Cleaning was done very well, 2 times only for our stay of 10 days, but it was ok. Good beds, not noisy surroundings, polite service. Washer and dryer on every floor. Definitely can recommend. We did not use free valet parking at all, as I...

Continuing a trend we've noticed over the past few years, service at this facility is on the decline. Specifically, on this trip, the room we had reserved was not available and, though reserved, we were unable to get an ocean view room. The pool continues to be very nice, but the beach has taken quite a beating over the past...
