First, staff are first rate. Very friendly and helpful. They have a nice restaurant/bar service in the lobby. Food was quite good, including a nice menu service for Breakfast or Dinner including Starbucks Coffee.
They offer a free shuttle service within a few miles of...More

Thank you for your great comments regarding your recent stay. I am sorry that you rated the hotel so low considering the positive comments you gave.
Convenient locations. Excellent customer service at check in. Had breakfast in the Bistro area and both the food and service was good.
Overall the room was clean and "roomy' with a good working area in the room.

Thank you very much for the great comments and rating!!
Loved this hotel....Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. Have stayed there twice now while in the Chicago area (obviously wouldn't stay there if I needed to be downtown, but in the suburbs is great).

Decent place. Great staff. Only issue is that my room key never worked to get into the building. Was told that they are finicky but they just never worked and I had to walk around the building to get to the front door. Certainly not...More

Thank you very much for your comments. I am glad to see that you were satisfied with my team. I do apologize for the problems with the outside door and your rooms key. I will have my maintenance team check the exterior locks.
I am a frequent business traveler. I left a shirt behind in the room. Realized it next day. Called the hotel. Not found ??? This is the first time in my 20 years of travelling in US that someone on the front desk didn't even...More

Driving might be the most straightforward, the property is very close to I-90 which will take you straight into downtown (barring traffic jams, etc.). Arlington Heights Metra is about 3 miles north up Arlington Heights Road if you want to take the commuter train. Guess you could take I-90 down to O'Hare area and get on the Blue Line at Rosemont Station. Of course, you might be better off just getting a hotel room down around the airport if you want to do that - the Hyatt Regency is right by that station for example.
