Comfortable bed in a spacious bedroom, good bathroom --little water for a shower, though-- but fruit is missing in meals, no jam and no sacharine included in breakfast, either. Good service and fairly good location.

There is not a lot to recommend Casablanca as a tourist destination. Most people come here on business; or as a staging point on their way elsewhere. The few who do come as tourists imagine arriving to the romantic Casablanca of Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman leaning against the bar at “Rick’s Café”. They will be disappointed. Casablanca is dirty,...

Staff were nice, they solved every doubt I had and the room is clean but nothing fancy. The minibar is just an empty fridge, that is a thing that could be improved. The location is ok and there is a cool market pretty close. The only problem I had was that the wifi was extremely slow.

Our tour group of 35 people stayed here for one night before departing back to the United States. Rooms: Average size, nice large bathroom, balcony with good view, good a/c unit with remote control, clean, comfortable beds. Location: Centrally located within walking distance to major attractions, the souk, easy taxi or bus ride to the Corniche Seaside or the Mosque....

Bottle of water are always present in the room with some beautiful and tasty welcome package. The bathroom is really big, I didn't...

The hotel is well located at walking distance from some attraction next to place des Nation Unite. The hotel is clean with acceptable quality of the rooms. Window lock not working. Dowsides: difficulties in booking a pick up with some stuff reluctant to do it. On the phone they said I could do it without problems once there but then...

Although in the heart of the city but still the property needs to revamp as per the money that they charge. Rooms are small but good. Very very close to Casablanca medina and major city sights. Breakfast is also decent. However there are much better properties than this in Casablanca i feel.

We checked into our very basic room and it faced the street, was noisy and smelled of smoke . The window was open when we went into the room obviously trying to get rid of the smell. We had requested quiet and non smoking. We called reception to be told there was no other room available. After several minutes of protest...

This is a very central hotel where the restaurants and medina is very accessible from this point. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. They helped us make reservations at the hammam and also helped us with questions we have. The rooms are nice with a lovely balcony where we had a view of the Hassan mosque. They have a...

It was rather clean but nothing special. The distant to main event was reasonable. the view of our room at second floor was a nasty little alley. the door to balcony was not properly fixed to close. but the main problem was the noise of nearby square and street.
