Good hotel, conveniently located in Casablanca, with good services Nice staff nice food Close to many banks and restaurants. The hotel is almost always full, which means it offers quality services, quality food and quality accommodation.

I stayed for several nights at this hotel during a trip to Casablanca and overall it was fine for what I needed. The staff were helpful (those who spoke English) and my room was decent, even if a bit dated. The main issue is that their wifi is pretty weak in the rooms; I found in my room I had... More

The Hotel itself is good in terms of accommodation and location and THAT IS IT! The Receptionist deserves to be sacked!!!! (Old fat grumpy man). To get the WIFI code one needs to beg, to get room service is just disgraceful as the food is totally microwaved, including sea food pasta. (HAZARD) Do not stay at this Hotel!

The Idou Anfa hotel is a good choice when staying in Casablanca centre, however not the most economic place you'll find. The rooms are ok, a bit outdated style. The pool and spa is great and the staff is professional and helpful. The bar is fine, with nightclub in basement. There is unfortunately no bottled drinking water present on the... More

They will ignore your request to have hot water sent up to the rooms and like all other hotels in Morocco, they don't leave bottled water or tea/ coffee making facilities in your room. The spa is aged too, the girls didn't keep it tidy and the massages are nothing great. They won't loan you a hair dryer after your... More

Staff either charming or surly. No in-between. Not inspired as I approached reception to see clerk skulking in the back-office smoking a cig. Another clerk stood two feet away from me filling in a form. Didn't acknowledge me. Just said 'moment'. I was on this trip as part of an airline crew. We had lunch in the restaurant and subsequently... More

It's not a four star hotel as it is claimed. Location is excellent, in the heart of the city centre. Close to Mohammed Hasan two mosque and the beach. Internet is really slow in the rooms, you need to come to the lobby to use the internet.

One night stay for business reasons, maybe one of the worst hotels I've ever been. I was lucky I just had breakfast, almost uneatable, If dinner has the same quality it's a really good hotel for diet. They charged me 100€, Really bad experience.

I've been at this hotel for a business trip and I don't highly recommend it. It is a convenient hotel for just a couple of night for a business trip, where you don't need to spend a lot of time at the room. The food is not excellent. They have poor breakfast that didn't change for years. The service is... More
