... to 1982! From the (always) ill-tempered mustachioed night clerk, to the neo- Moroccan ultra kitsch decor, to the painfully slow Internet connection, this hotel begs for an overhaul. Lobby bar is nice though.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, location is good (for business) as well as pricing. Forget all the rest.....A/C malfunctioning, Wifi not working, average breakfast buffet, service poor, etc....... All together it is acceptable for 2 nights max as far as you just need a place to sleep.

This is not a 5 star hotel, has a very bad location where we did not feel safe. First thing you notice when you enter this hotel is the bad odore . Very old and outdated furniture . Breakfastroom reminds us of old communist time. This is not the hotel we would recommend to do business In Casablanca . Price...

This hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Bed is extremely comfortable and furniture is in great shape. Food is good in restaurant. No alarm clock in room, however and the wake up calls were hit and miss (I ended up setting the alarm on my phone to ensure I woke up). Laundry service is reasonable and well done. I...

Palace d'Anfan is ok compared to the state of other hotels in Casablanca. Very good location if you need to be in town, otherwise, be prepared to sit in traffic jams with your chauffeur for hours. Rooms clean but a bit outdated (already?!) and none of the facilities you'd expect in a US standards 5* like coffee/tea facilities, iron, wifi,...

Palace d'Anfa has a very good central location in Casablanca. The hotel is goos but could not be considered as five star when we compare with Kenzi Tower which is in same vicinity. Rooms are clean but with old decor. Complementary water, electronic tea kettle and iron with board are not available in the room which is normal criteira for...

We only spent a night but the place was nice, clean and modern. The staff met our needs and they were very helpfull. I guess I would say it is European standard.

Overall, this place is average. Clean marble doesn't equate to 5 stars. Here are my complaints: 5 star hotels don't have stained carpets (floor 8) Their rooms don't smell like smoke (room 612), they print their menus in both French and English!, They have airconditioning that works in their restaurant. 5 star facilities have people who work the pool bar...

Stayed here at the beginning of May 2008. The hotel is located in the center of Casablanca, near many businesses (including where I was going thus the choice of this hotel) but far from the Hassan II Mosque and Old Medina. There is "modern" shopping nearby, however. It is a modern hotel that is fairly well taken care of (by...
