I personally didn't think the hotel was too bad. Don't expect too much, it has everything you need and want. The area seemed like it was where they sell all the kitchen wares. Although it seems quite safe, Book a transfer from the airport.

‫No But you can catch the train from the airport to CasaPort station, so you get a red taxi with 10-20 MAD you can use careem application if you don't want get taxi‬
