The service was above and beyond my expectations. Hassnae and staff took care of everything- from the driver who waited at the airport to pick us up, the tour of the ryad and mint tea to welcome us, the luxurious hammam and massage, delicious dinners and fresh spectacular breakfasts, arranging an official guide for a walking tour of the medina,...

Beautiful place. Clean, wonderful staff! Wonderful food. We had a beautiful visit and didn't want to leave! We were greeted with mint tea and cookies. Scheduled a massage for our first day. The staff helped us with everything.

My husband and I stayed in Ryad Alya for four nights. The whole place was stunningly beautiful. We had dinner there on the first night, and after a long day of travel, having a lovely dinner (slightly pricey however) with live acoustic guitar was amazing. They make really nice Moroccan salads, and the bowl of pomegranate seeds was lovely. We...

We stayed at the Ryad in December. Overall we had a great experience. The Ryad was very quaint. The interiors and the selection of artifacts through out the rooms and common areas gave a very authentic look. The location was great as well, nearby the Medina. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hassnae was specially great and went out...

We stayed at Ryad Alya for two nights while in Fes. From the beginning till the end, the staff made us feel at home. Hassnae spoke excellent English, had a friendly demeanor, and was very helpful. The entire staff, in fact, was very accommodating with requests, and were a joy to interact with. We stayed at the Casablanca suite, and...

Nice place, lovely settings, friendly staff and good location. Though the room is a bit inconvenient, as the toilet was upstairs while the ground floor room was quite small, with literately a bed and a shelf.

Recommended for hospitable and excellent service. Right at the edge of the Medina makes it easier to venture out and explore. They also provided informed guides to helped explore Fes and Volubilis. Keep it up!

We were met with incredible hospitality, delicious breakfast and recommendation to a good guide into the medina. I highly recommend a stay here as if it close to the entrance of the medina as well. I definitely would return to this Ryad.

The people at Ryad Alya couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. We drove to Fez from Tangiers and arrived in the darkened city at 2.00 in the morning. They sent a member of staff to meet us and show us somewhere safe to park, then guided us to the Ryad. Very impressive!

“I booked a room with a double bed. We got an isle that had been accommodated as a room. One bed as you passed the door and the other one at the end of the isle. One of the beds was awful. That is not a room. Not good at all. The personnel were extremely helpful. They tried to fix the bed as soon as I told them about it. They also gave us some instructions that were helpful. ”
