More upscale than a lot of places we stayed, but perhaps not worth the extra cost. Lost the feeling of personalized service. Bar was lovely, but barkeep did not well-understand alcoholic drinks. Still nice to be able to get a drink at all! Breakfast was excellent. Gorgeous place, with beautiful inner courtyard, and pretty nice rooftop terraces. Both would be...

Dear guest, We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. As you said, Palais Amani is a magestic palace in the medina with refined dining and spacious accomodation, a salon and library, a rooftop bar, extensive terraces, a traditional hammam and close to the Golden triangle in the ancient medina in Fez. We noticed your comment concerning the...

Palais Amani was one of several riads we stayed in during our trip to Morocco. We had originally booked another place in Fes, but my friend had read that Amani was really special and we decided to upgrade as we would have two nights in Fes. Big mistake. While the Amani was nice, it certainly was not worth the additional...

Thank you for your comment. We offer, like most hotels in our category, water (which we renew every day) and Moroccan pastries. Our prices are equal to the rates applied in the riads of the same standing. We are sorry that this was not as you expect, we are working with the team to improve that. Our best regards;

We had an absolutely delightful stay at the Palais Amani. First of all, the hotel itself is beautiful - it's a tastefully restored riad, with a lush courtyard filled with orange trees, and the rooms are furnished with understated elegance (stained glass windows, tile floors, modern and comfortable furniture...). We stayed in a suite which accommodates three people (and it...

Great Location. Superb Breakfast. At Breakfast there was a Moroccan specialty offered daily. Hospitable and helpful Staff. Best appreciated in warm weather. Room was well sized and well appointed however functional design is quirky, such as no hooks in bathroom for towels or clothing. Please note that in cold weather, room take a while to warm up.

I would really liked to have given this four or five stars, but they made a mistake that ruined our one night in Fes. We booked long in a advance for our party of eight, including my 90-year-old mother and 80-year-old mother-in-law. The mothers shared a room, but the room given had a steep, narrow flight of stairs to the...
