I took a group of 13 people for a tour of Morocco during September, 2016. The riad is absolutely FABULOUS!!! Each room is unique, but each one was absolutely lovely. The dining areas for both dinner and breakfast (rooftop) were lovely. The operations manager (Hanane) and all the staff were professional and most accommodating. I would highly recommend this riad... On a business trip to Morocco, I decided to spend the weekend in Fez and what a wonderful surprise to find this paradise in the medina. Booked last minute on internet I didn't imagine that I would find somwhere as luxurious in the ancient city: a beautiful hotel with all the modern comforts. Definitely a good place to stay.

This hotel's employees were rude and unhelpful during our stay. It was very hot and the air conditioning did not work properly. We asked for assistance never received it. The woman behind the front desk told us our credit card was declined but had never even put it through! She just didn't want to take an American Express card. In... More

This commentary is undergoing review as it is abusive, just as this client was on arrival to our staff, threatening that if she wasn't given a discount and upgrade she would write a negative comment on tripadvisor. Fez is hot in august, but the air-conditioning was working properly. Amex is taken also but by through an online system so the... More

This hotel is really a palace inside the Medina of Fes. After we walk through narrow maze of the medina, then the humble entrance of the hotel. Once we turned in the courtyard, we were amazed by such a jewel hidden inside this old medina. This hotel is so beautiful. We were lucky to be upgraded to one of the... More
