We arrived into Fes late at night. We were whisked out of the car into a narrow alley, all the while wondering where we were going. The doors opened on to the most amazing surprise. Lanterns in the trees revealing the beauty of this Riad. Our room (for 3) was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfasts and dinner, some of the...

From my late evening Friday arrival and a relaxing dinner next to the fountain to the Saturday night hammam to Sunday breakfast on the terrace, this is a little slice of heaven for any weary or experienced traveler.

Dear Ellen It was such a pleasure welcoming you in Palais Amani. You have just given the palais the best description- a slice of heaven in the heart of ancient Medina. The fountain in the middle of the courtyard surrounded by four gardens makes a magic scene for dinners while the breakfast terrace is another beautiful story that starts with...

This is an excellent boutique hotel set amidst a lovely small garden area. It is very peaceful and quite chic for a hotel inside the Medina. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They arranged a guide for us to tour the Medina. It was 600 dirham for the whole day. He was very good. His name is El Cohen...

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were lovely. The garden in the middle was magical. The hotel is a quiet Oassis on the edge of the Medina. Going down the alley to get to the hotel looks like you are headed to a dump but that is the way of the Medina. When you go into the hotel...

Dear valued Guest We are so glad you have enjoyed your stay with us. The Palais is a real oasis from ancient Arabo Andalous herritage in the heart of the medina. Location: The hotel is located a short walk from the boundary of the medina. You are able to take a taxi to a drop off spot and a local porter will put your luggage into a cart and take you to the hotel. Typical tip for the service was $1-$2. It is a short 5 minute walk. Hotel: After walking...

I took a group of 13 people for a tour of Morocco during September, 2016. The riad is absolutely FABULOUS!!! Each room is unique, but each one was absolutely lovely. The dining areas for both dinner and breakfast (rooftop) were lovely. The operations manager (Hanane) and all the staff were professional and most accommodating. I would highly recommend this riad...

On a business trip to Morocco, I decided to spend the weekend in Fez and what a wonderful surprise to find this paradise in the medina. Booked last minute on internet I didn't imagine that I would find somwhere as luxurious in the ancient city: a beautiful hotel with all the modern comforts. Definitely a good place to stay.

This hotel's employees were rude and unhelpful during our stay. It was very hot and the air conditioning did not work properly. We asked for assistance never received it. This commentary is undergoing review as it is abusive, just as this client was on arrival to our staff, threatening that if she wasn't given a discount and upgrade she would write a negative comment on tripadvisor.
