The two Mohammeds are by far the best part of this hostel. They were very welcoming and we had mint teas and chat with them before going to our room. We got the deluxe ensuite room, the only one left on short notice, and it was alright. The room was huge, the beds were pretty hard (which seems normal for...

Decent place to stay. The breakfast was good, the owners were helpful. Only a couple of issues(as stated in other reviews). First being that the bathroom was very damp (no shower curtain either). My bigger issue is that we felt pressured to take a "historical tour" of Fez from their friend/guide. This tour was ok, but we were taken all...

Appealing place in the medina a few minutes walk from Bab El Jeloud. We arranged a well organised pick-up from the airport at a fair price and were greeted by friendly faces. Our room was quite big, on the 2nd floor with air-conditioning, the bathroom was just a little damp. Breakfast was good, served in the beautiful lobby. Overall extremely...

My friend and I were traveling through fes, and made reservations in two separate hostels. We decided we didn't want to stay at Yasmine because it was empty. We paid a deposit, but the owner (Muhammed) said he had to pay for the room even though we weren't staying there. He threatened to call the touristic police, which we agreed...

This is an excellent value for money riad. The riad is located in the centre of Fes – within the old Medina. The riad is beautiful with good sized, air conditioned bedrooms which have an ensuite. The staff are very friendly and as we arrived very early in the morning before we could check into our room we were given...

This has been also one of the most affordable and nicest hotels I stayed in during my 2-month stay in Morocco. They have airconditioned rooms and I cannot believe that it's very cheap for what it is, compared to other hotels. We were also offered free dinner during the nights of Ramadan. The crew is multi-lingual: from Spanish to Dutch...

This is a fun, budget riad in an excellent location for seeing everything in Fez in the heart of the old suq. The rooms are simple and clean-ish. The guys who run the place are very friendly and helpful. Good place to meet other travelers and one of the guys who works there cooks up delicious communal dinners for all...

The riad was great--cozy, adorably decorated, quiet and clean. The location was good as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; they helped us arrange for a cab from the train station, get a wonderful guide to show us Fes, organize a desert trip and more. Their English was great (as was any other language under the sun it...

This place is amazing, and I can only echo what so many people have already said. Totally recommend staying here especially considering the breakfast, price, staff and location. All I would say is try to avoid getting the ground floor room, it can be a bit noisy.

Dar el Yasmine is a great and warm place to live in Fez. It is located in the center of the medina and also near a local market, where you can walk around and enjoy pleasurable time. Besides, lovely staff there are so ready to offer help at any time when guests have any problems to ask. They treat you...
