This hotel is basic, but clean. The bathroom does not allow for much space. The shower head in my room looked amazing, but didn't work properly with water dribbling from the top of the showerhead and flooded the bathroom. The beds were hard, and I needed to ask for the air con controller from reception. The daytime staff at the...

Unacceptable. The state of my first room was disgusting. The comforters had multiple cigarette burns, part of the door frame was broken, toilet and shower looked horrendous with mold and rust and the towels were rough and scratchy. The third room they showed me was an improvement but a far cry from a 3 star. The only reason I'm giving...

Although the location was very central, with a bottle shop directly across the street, this hotel is in need of a 'woman's touch', IMHO. Our room was dorm like, with an awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We only stayed one night, thank goodness, before heading on to another town. Wifi only available in the lobby. The breakfast was...

Because this place was recommended in a french travel book we gave a 100% trust but we had no hot water. We complained about it and we're reassured it would be back in the morning. In the morning still no hot water but just about. No Internet access from our room we had to stand by the stairs. We also...

This is a very simple hotel located in a quiet street that is walking distance to a number of nearby restaurants and cafes. Breakfast is the typical cheese, bread and egg, but there are some cafes around the corner to grab a smoothie or fruit salad. The room was small and very basic with a tiny balcony. There is so...

What more could you need from a tourist class hotel? Clean, friendly, affordable. The location is handy and everything went smoothly. There is a great kebab store close by, with a full feed from under 20dh. Bottle shop across the road is cheap and cheerful by Moroccan standards. Would return to Hotel Olympic.

Very accommodating owner as liquor store across the road and can buy a beer and drink in hotel lounge. Can use the lounge area which was great as large group of people. Rooms large and clean. Our room very quiet and could have window open. Breakfast adequate. Only downside is wifi not in rooms

Nice little hotel in Fez with an alcohol shop just across the street, which is convenient to get a beer or bottle of wine. Drinking is allowed in the lobby. Staff speaks English and French and are friendly.to help you around

We stayed here for 2 nights during an Intrepid tour of Morocco. We were lucky as our room was pretty big with a small lounge area with sofa and table, whereas our co-travellers all seemed to have very small rooms with no furniture for storing clothes etc. and bad smells. I guess that's the luck of the draw. The staff...

We had an amazing room in this hotel. King size bed with lounge area. The room was very clean and well presented. Breakfast was boiled eggs and bread which is standard moroccan food. No tea coffee facilities in room. Wifi works great even though you can sometimes have a weak signal but not usually a problem. Wonderful stay and would...
