Our air conditioning didn't work the first night and we had ants in the bathroom. The workmanship of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Things look good from a distance but when you look closely it looks like the hotel was built to a very short timeline. Had to wait awhile for lunch to be served, people who...

excellent Hotel, with all services very nice restoration. Good personnel very smiling nice décor quiet room. Nice SPA facilities, very clean and the place is very well. I feel safe and all facilities inside. Security at the gate, not everybody can enter in the hotel.

I stayed a week for business. Breakfast great choice, but machine coffee from bad quality. Spacious room but not very clean. Airco not working well and some minor issues in bathroom. A convenient location within an easy walk to the centre of Fes. Set in spacious grounds with a good pool and surrounding areas. Wonderful evening buffet dinner. Attentive staff. Our bedroom was excellent in every way.

From the moment one steps into the foyer one feels this as a superior hotel.Our room was large with a small balcony overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. Stayed at the hotel for a night. The lobby and facilities are beautifully decorated. I loved the local paintings on their wall! The room is correct. Clean and tidy but the toilet and shower needs some refurbishment. We actually had a view of the old town of Fes. What a beauty! The hotel is conveniently located to the city center...

When we first got there, the hotel was very beautiful from the outside and we could not wait to be in the inside and we were not disappointed.. first of all the reception was kind, second of all the atmosphere was incredible and everything else was all right.. just pleased to have visited that hotel !
