Spent four nights here while we were in Fes. This place is simply wonderful. Our room was on the ground floor but it wasn't noisy - we slept well every night. There are lovely gardens to sit in and there is also a terrace. The breakfasts are really tasty too. In addition all the people who work there are so...

Can't say enough good things--awesome and super unique rooms, large, cool garden and terrace, good food and drink, and most importantly amazing people. Otman, Fatima, everyone else at Idrissy bent over backwards to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They helped us with anything we needed. I hope they visit my home town and I can return the favor. Highly recommend...

Generous portions of food - which is much appreciated. The breakfast is excellent - never ever change it - as that's your USP! The women are friendly and helpful - especially in the kitchens. I love it when they employ local women - they also work quite hard too and go the extra mile. We were in the top bedroom...

Upon arrival I was blown away by the beauty of the riad and it's garden. We received a warm welcome and this calm and generous hospitality continued to a humbling standard throughout our stay. The interiors and terraces are spectacular, as is the daily breakfast and food at the Ruined Garden restaurant. Would recommend to anyone.

We arrived after midnight and were very tired. Miraculously, a porter was waiting for us at the entrance to the medina. He deftly handled our luggage and guided us to the riad (a 10 minute walk through narrow lanes) where we were warmly welcomed. The gentleman inquired if we were hungry, and when we answered yes, it didn't take long...

Of the five riads we stayed at in Morocco, clearly our favorite! Spectacular courtyard, beautifully furnished. Excellent breakfast (the berber omelette was particularly good). Very quiet compared to other riads. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Idrissy is located in the middle of the UNESCO world heritage medina, but just enough of the really busy main roads to be pleasant. Beautiful, overgrown inner courtyard for dinner/breakfast. Robert, the owner, welcomed us the first morning (the US election results had just been announced) and gave an extremely helpful 15min intro to town & sights. The entire staff...

Located in a stunning building this Riad is amazing. we spent 4 nights here and the staff are exceptional and could not have been more helpful. The attached Ruined Garden cafe is a great location for breakfast and dinner and the food is tasty and well-priced. This is the benchmark against which all other accommodation we stay in will be...

We stayed in this Riad on a recent trip to Fes. Their multilingual staff there were extremely helpful, organising taxi's and porters ahead of our arrival to take us direct to and from the door of the Riad. At the door we were met by Ottman (spelling?) who welcomed us and set about arranging everything to make us as comfortable...

We had a very long day traveling to Fes from Marbella Spain. We arrived at midnight. The hotel sent people to help us find the place. We followed a porter through dark narrow medieval streets. We immediately got full value in an authentic experience. The people greeted us at the hotel so warmly and took great care of us realizing...
