Very nice hotel. The staff (especially maher) helped us out to organize our trip to the dessert and showed us around in fez. The breakfast is great, looking out over the medina. Will come back! Special thanks to maher for the great service!

The staff is very kind and helpful. Mahed is a great host. He was very kind and helped us in all. The breakfast is excellent and abundant. The building is amazing and beautiful but need some improvements.

We arrived in Fès at 4 am and had no idea where to spend the night. The Riad Nassim was nice enough to open its doors for us. No Formalities, no discussions just typical marrocan hospitality. Our Room was very nice. High ceilings, comfortable bed and a big window looking onto the atrium. The bathroom was clean and there was...

I stayed in this place with my girlfriend and her 3 friends for two night's. The picture's on the advert tell a different story with regards to things which include complimentary toiletries which were not in the rooms, the towels were smelly and stained, the toilet was dirty and wouldn't flush properly And the tap was loose on the sink. Pros first. Great building nice decorated. Cons..you are beholden to the staff in terms of movement in and out of the Medina . No way could you negotiate the streets alone so you need a guide as soon as you walk out the door. Facilities are substandard and staff apathetic. No hot water soap or toilet paper. Enough said.

Frindly staff, good view especially at night on open veranda, very maroccan style. Rather easy to find coz its close to the entrance of Medina where you may easy find transport and get to other parts of the city. Mahir (the owner) and his team are extremely helpful with any case or problem like show way or find you in...

I had an amazing experience at Riad Nassim. It is perfectly located in the old medina of Fes, in a wonderful building over 700 years old. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Younes and Mahir welcomed us like family and answered all of our questions, they even showed us around their city. I highly recommend...

In one night I catch more than 100 bits- on my face, arm, fingers, back and legs!!!!!!! I spoke with the manager about this and he...

As I indicate above, please, do not go to this riad. It is very nasty, dirty and the staff is very rude. They yell to clients and treat them as idiots. The only good thing is the terrace. But it does not worth at all. Besides its location is quite far away from the city center. Really bad guys!!
