This is an amazing place. 5* quality and service in the Médina..rooftop dinner outstanding. Filet lamb, couscous, soup, salad, and the best was the service..ooh and the guitar player softly playing in the background. The spa is gorgeous, indoor and outdoor pool. Treat ur self because the rooms are the same cost as the tiny riads that aren’t nearly the quality .

We spent 3 nights at this establishment during our Morocco tourism, it was on our way from Rabat and toward the Sahara. They kept our hearts about Morocco warm by taking care of us. The rooms are specious and private. The room service is tops. The ground staff tries very hard to keep you comfortable. The WiFi was not consistent, however every time we called they responded swiftly. I recommend this place This made Fez enjoyable for us

Had a mini stay. The food and architecture was brilliant. The service was second to none thanks to Marium, Abi amongst others. Total relaxing and the accommodation was very near the old quarter which was delightful. Will definitely come back and the tagines were outstanding 👍🏽

We booked this room as we were rolling into Fes after googling “luxury hotels in Fes” and calling ahead. We probably got one of the last rooms in the hotel, which was kind of odd with a spiral staircase from the sitting room to bedroom, but we were happy to have found it. Customer service is a little sketch: no one minding the door, reception desk not obvious, etc., and the hotel could use some updating. But Abay, the manager—clearly the gem of the hotel—was there at every turn to make sure we were comfortable. He always seem to appear to offer help or service, and we really appreciated him. We enjoyed the rooftop deck, ate in the restaurant. This is a fine property and could be a real standout again with a little sprucing and attention to details.
