The Riad Louna did not tell me that they'd double-booked my room although I was in communication with the property multiple times in the days leading to my arrival and on the very day of my arrival in Fes for what was supposed to be a 3-night stay at Riad Louna's Red Room. As a solo female traveler, I was... More

My husband and I had an excellent stay at Riad Louna. The hotel is beautiful, you have an open green court with colorful birds and several adorable set up roof top terraces. It is very well located in the Medina, shops and restaurants and gates right around the corner. The Riad is calm and quiet. The staff is super nice... More

Riad Louna is a fabulous resting place for medina lovers and city wanderers. We found the hotel online and booked it without knowing what to expect. Don't be fooled by the modest entrance, you will soon enter the lovely and open air gardens in the center of the riad, making way for an aviary for dozens of birds. Upon our... More

We visited Riad Louna for dinner on our first night in Fez. This riad/restaurant has a terrace overlooking the roofs of the Medina. It is pleasant to sit on top of all the buzzing shops in the narrow streets of Fez and enjoy some local food. We ordered two set menus and enjoyed both Tagine and Couscous. The quality of... More

We stayed in Fes for one night in this riad. When we walked around and saw the other riads, we realized this one was not very special however the staff and attention we had made our stay so comfortable. The next day, they booked us a guide to take us around. If you need one, ask for si Hassan. He... More

The staff at the Riad were exceptional, looking to accommodate my partner and I in whatever way we wanted. They put on a night of traditional music for free and made our stay very enjoyable. We had two different rooms in the Riad, the cheaper one was pretty average but the nice room was stunning.

We were originally booked into another Riad, and were moved here as they had overbooked. Mohammad, who showed us to Riad Louna, was gracious and welcoming. He helped us with our bags and made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. After exploring for a little bit, we came back and he chatted with us, telling us... More

Colourful green courtyard with authentic Moroccan feel and beautiful rooms in the ground floor. Friendly staff, great location and a yummy complimentary breakfast. Quaint and beautiful rooms with large doors and rich tapestry. Also quite spacious.

The Riad is well situated and close to the main lane full of artisans selling their arts and craft. You can easily orient yourself by referencing Bab Boujloud as you WILL get lost in the medina and that's ok lol What I loved the most about the riad is the courtyard. There is a working fountain with beautiful tall orange... More
