This riad was disappointing. In the room the carpets were dirty, the sink was clogged, and the shower didn't seem to have been clean...there was hair in the shower that was clearly not ours. The room also needed dusting. It did NOT match the photos on their website at all. Additionally, at the end of our stay we were informed...

This riad DOES NOT TAKE CARDS. We were only informed of this the day we were leaving the riad, and not given prior notice of this. In addition, the photos online do not match the actual rooms. Our room had dirty carpets, the bathroom wasn't clean and had a clogged sink. The riad provided us with a local guide who...

Simo noticed us struggling to catch a taxi in Fez and gave us a ride free of charge to our accomodation in the Medina. He was even generous enough to allow us to use his phone to call our accomodation. Although we had previously booked our accomodation and did not request a tour for our stay we could tell has...

Stayed for two nights..our room was a dream..old world charm like something out of the Arabian nights ! Courtyard was cool and calming too. Excellent position inside medina. Everything close by. The manager Mohamed..thou' run off his feet, has a great sense of humour and is very eager for you to enjoy yourself. Goes out of his way to make...

We stayed in Riad Louna for three nights during a two-week trek in Morocco. Right off the bat we had a bad experience when our car windshield was destroyed overnight while parked nearby. The moral of the story is DO NOT park on the street in Fes, put it in a garage and make sure there is a paid guard...

BAD: 1. The room didn't match the pictures. 2. The room we were supposed to stay in was given away to another couple. 3. The room this other couple was supposed to stay in was given away to yet another couple. In their case it was much worse since they booked a luxury room and got a budget one under...

We had a great two night stay over the Eid holiday. The room was quite spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful even over the holiday and all the food we tried was wonderful.

We stayed in a twin room and it was very clean and nice. The riad has a beautiful dining area and roof top terrace. Breakfast was nice and we had dinner one night which was very tasty. The only downer was we had a guide organised through the riad. We asked that we not be taken into any of the...

The rooms are awesome and the location is perfect, very close to the main gate (about 3 minutes walking). Also, Mohamed — riad's keeper — is amazing and makes you feel like a 5-star guest! If you are going to hire a guide (and you should!) ask for Hassan.

We stayed here in one night and loved the Riad, great location and very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced too for what we got!! Our room came with breakfast which was an added bonus, staff helped us with our taxi and bus the following morning and ensured we knew our way around the medina.
