We were able to get a really good deal during one of their promotions and we were pleasantly surprised. The riad is completely redone beautifully, the rooms all have a different character and we were allowed to view a few rooms before selecting the one we wanted. The breakfast is very simple (pancakes or bread with jelly) but the coffee...

We had seen beautiful pictures and our group went ahead and booked the rooms, then I saw the reviews on this site and we all panicked thinking that we had made a mistake.. This riad was a joy to enter the first night we arrived, and every day after that. It was an oasis, clean, calm and peaceful. The language...

Being a family which includes two teenagers, we're always looking for places to stay which offer the comforts of home, plus enough to see and do to keep that dreaded boredom at bay! With the help of luxury-riads.com, we found the Riad al Pacha, which, we're pleased to say, not only comes up to scratch from a comfort point of...

Do not book this Riad ! The owner is horrible ! He is only interested in money. The atmosphere is so cold there. You get no information, no one is interested in you. They are very rude ! Riad al Pacha The good news about Riad al Pacha, the hotel we stayed at in Fes, is that it’s in a terrific location inside the medina, close to the Bab El Guissa and one of Fes’ main walking streets, with parking very close by. The bad news is that the owner, Mr. Rashid, is unscrupulous and purposely double books...

The palace is beautiful, but as a hotel it really does not work. - the whole place is cold in winter - little is done against that; - some of the rooms can hardly be heated adequately; - the light is terrible; - the rooms are not comfortable - no chairs, no or useless space; - breakfast is insipid: four...

Made a booking by internet yet when arrived was told there was no booking even though I could show a reservation number: They then told us we could stay at the Arabesque at a higher price which we did after six hour bus trip. Something fishy here. Fes touts are relentless and we were also conned several times by taxi...

When we arrived at the Riad there was standing water on the bathroom floor and the room was in poor shape. We were told to take it or leave it and not given any alternative. Despite the fact that we never stayed there we never got a refund. Since then they are just ignoring us. I my opinion that makes...

We received a confirmation of our booking the 8th April for the AICHA Suite VIP for the 28th April to the 1st May. We had to pay the total amount in advance (the 20th April), and we received a confirmation on the 24th. How surprised we were when we arrived and when M. BENHAMOR told us that the Riad was...

The riad is beautiful, at least the patio and dining/breakfast area. The owner and staff are also friendly. But the rooms are not very comfortable, despite the big beds. The lights are very dim, the room and bathroom are very cold, and this riad feels more commercial and less personal that other places we have stayed in during our holidays...
