Our stay here was really the highlight of our trip to Morocco. It has a great location close to metal working art, markets and tanneries (but not a bad smell here!). The owners Kate and Alaa were amazing and all the staff made each day a treat. They also helped us arrange a day trip to Volubilis. The design of...

i had a very good experience staying @ Dar Seffarine for 2 nights. Masterpieces everywhere, the owner couple and all the staffs working here are nice to chat, offering helps with satisfactory arrangements like transfer to / from train station, tour guide with reasonable price in 2 options 0.5 day or full day. everything they did for me just feels...

This place is beautiful! The architecture is incredible – there’s so much detail. We stayed in the Annika suite which has two beds and the place was big enough for our group of three. The staff coordinated our pickup from the airport even though our arrival was very late. Everyone was so nice here! We had dinner here twice and...

This riad is truly what every traveller dreams of staying in when visiting Morocco. The beautifully restored mosaics, massive ceilings, elegant furninshings and wooden fittings bring a divine luxurious palatial tone to the space. We were upgraded to a huge suite with a massive living room, desk area, king sized bed and light-filled bathroom. The staff are poised, intelligent and...

The owner couple are an architect & an artist with very interesting backgrounds. They are hands on every day & extremely knowledgable about things Fez. This restored riad is very well located in the medina & full of authentic ancient atmosphere. Be sure to check on the 2 large suites as they are beautiful & a great value.

I'm a solo traveler and truly enjoy the freedom that it allows me, but at times it can be daunting when it comes to meals. Still, it can be even worse to be forced into a "family style" situation, as it all depends on the people you end up with. Dar Seffarine serves delicious meals to everyone at the same...

This place is the total package: Hospitable staff, beautiful riad, great location, great food, great rooftop. The only draw back that we saw was that we were there during the winter and there was a short supply of hot water in the shower.

my husband and I plus our 33 year old son and his wife stayed at Dar Seffarine for five nights. the experience couldn't have been better. lovingly restored, all rooms were elegant and full of character that reflected the Moroccan culture; spare and clean with beautiful tiles and wood accents. The fabulously interesting owners made the delicious breakfasts every morning...

Our family spent a couple of nights at Dar Seffarine in Fes. The parents had a large room on the second floor and the 3 kids had a suite of 2 rooms and a bathroom on the mezzanine level. The rooms were nice and clean. A little cold given the general lack of central heating in most hotels in Morocco,...

This stunningly restored interior is worth seeing on its own. Staying there feels otherworldly, a feeling only enhanced by the great people behind this place. We felt welcomed like family, and it was sad to leave. Food was great, and the cool, quiet space was a fine respite from the chaos of the Fes Medina. It's an all time great...
