After a lot of not so great beds on our trip around Morocco, this hotel was a gem. Great shower with lots of hot water and pressure and soft beds. The heat was a bit stuffy but otherwise a very nice place to stay. The room service pizza was very good also and staff very nice.
This is a lovely hotel. Some noise comes in through the window and door, but nothing to speak of. The bed was fine and so was the bathroom. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast could be improved, but no one goes hungry. The location is good if you want to be close to the train station.
The hotel is located just a few minutes walking from the train station. To get to the Medina it's a good 45 minute walk or a taxi will only cost you around $2 USD. Surrounding the hotel are many eateries and coffee/tea shops as well as a convenience store across the street. Some random comments about the room: The rooms are pretty outdated. The twin beds are very small. WIFI signal is decent. The bed has no comforter, there are some blankets in the closet you can use instead. A/C in my room did not work. The rooms are not very insulated, you can hear noise from other rooms, the hallway and from outside the patio. The bathroom is very dated and the shower is small. Having said all of the above, I think this hotel is a decent place to stay if you get it at a fair price, which I'd say anything under $30 USD is reasonable. Overall, it's not the nicest accommodation, but if you've traveled throughout Morocco you come to expect that.…
The hotel is quiet and is located within a few minutes walking distance from the main rail station in Fes. A taxi to the Medina and other attractions costs approximately €2. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning - recommended.
After a wonderful tour with Morocco Private Excursions we ended in Fez and going to catch the train the next morning to Casablanca. The hotel was basically across the street fro the train station making for easy connections. The hotel is near little stores and eateries and places that sell liquor wine and beer. The rooms clean and more than adequate. Staff helpful and breakfast was good but only had 1 cup of coffee as no one available to make a second cup, but the price for a clean air condition room with nice shower was a bargin.
