The best thing about this Riad has to be the staff - all of them made us feel very welcome during our stay, talking to us every day and offering us Moroccan tea and advice whenever we needed it. They were so welcoming to the point that on one evening when we didn't want to go out Yunis went on...

The best thing about our stay here was the staff. They are all exceptional in their own way. They cannot do enough for you,and the food they cook is divine. The tagines were the best food we had in Morocco, and we had some great food{ lunch at La Mamounia superb]. The place is charming although the rooms are quite small, the roof terrace...

We stayed at Riad Ailen for 4 nights at the end of February. We had a lovely stay at Riad Ailen and the owners were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We arranged airport transfers with the riad before our trip which we would highly recommend. Arriving in Marrakech can be a bit of a culture shock so it was nice...

What an amazing city and the perfect place to stay to experience a truly Moroccan experience.Beautiful Riad and the staff were most obliging and sincere. The manageress even took me to the pharmacy in her own car when I was sick. The manager walked me and my daughter to a taxi when ever we asked. The bedrooms are so cute and...

The first thing I noticed was how beautiful it was. The manager was brilliant and very friendly. The food there is amazing. Nyama is lovely, even though she didn't speak any English and I no french or arabic, we managed to have conversations and a wonderful laugh. They are very flexible in when you want to eat dinner, just remember...

Enjoyed our 4 nights stay at this Riad. Well located in the Medina near the Bab Ailen gate, you hit Medina authenticity as soon as you leave the Riad doors. It was a pleasure rushing out in the morning to eat Lubia (a breakfast beans broth) and Baseera ( a breakfast beans soup) with local bread with the locals just...

We had a very relaxing stay at this Riad - the owners are really friendly, the riad is beautiful inside and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast every morning. The only downside was that our bedding was only changed once in four days, but when we asked for more toiletries for the bathroom, the hosts happily obliged

The Manager Husna ;her assistant Yunus and Naeema the House Keeper and Chef are excellent hosts.French owned homeley atmosphere . The rooms were typical old fashioned arab style.Water was clean. The toilets were not the best but when there was ventilation it was fine. Lovley bed and decor. Easy walking distance from Souks . Recommend this guest house. T

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Do email them before and book a taxi with them directly from the airport though, we didn't and got ripped off and lost on our way in! For a first time visitor Marrakech can be alarming at first but by the end i loved it. The Riad is near the wall of...
