My husband and I absolutely loved this riad. It was so nice to have such a quiet place to relax. They served wine and beer which was very welcome in a place where alcohol can be hard to find. The breakfast was delicious and we had dinner one night too and it was good too. The staff was very attentive...

Myself and my partner Rachel have just returned back to the UK after our 6 night stay at Riad La Porte Rouge. If you have come as far as considering a stay at a Riad then I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed with your stay. I would, as others have, recommend the transfer to the Riad. The...

We Came here for my 40th birthday in January 2016 and the riad is amazing. Staff all very helpful and food lovely. The driver was also very helpful and kind, my daughter even named her stuffed toy camel after him! Great place to stay, would definitely stay again.

We stayed three nights at this lovely riad in November. The staff was so warm and welcoming. Our flight was delayed by several hours and we were starving when we finally arrived at 9pm. Mustafa made us a wonderful dinner and even accommodated our dietary restrictions (we are vegetarian). The breakfast each morning on the terrace was delicious! The riad...

We stayed in Riad la porte rouge as part of our honeymoon in September 2016 for 7 nights. Room: We stayed in the Al Warda room which was lovely, my husband had arranged flower petals and candles to be lit when we entered and it was really beautiful. Lovely large bathroom as well and authentic yet modern decor. Location: Walkable...

Great little riad in a quieter part of the old city, yet still just a short walk to all the action. The staff bent over backwards to look after any request - arranging a reasonably-priced lift to the train station on short notice. Supper was very nice as well, at little tables placed in the courtyard, or more informally, at...

Stayed with a family group of four. A beautifully lit cobbled alley led us to our favourite door in Marrakesh. Situated in an area convenient to many of the major attractions we spent a very happy 3 night stay. A warm welcome complete with refreshments and super relaxed Max (the cat) we soon felt at home. We hadn't booked dinner...

The Riad La Porte Rouge was simply awesome. The staff was incredible and answered every request or need with "not a problem". Even though only a small staff is required for the seven room hotel, they seemed to be everywhere. The food was incredible! We had two dinners on the property and three breakfasts. The Moroccan cuisine was fantastic and...

Had some difficulties to find the riad, a detailed map is needed here. Once arrived, one feels like in an oasis. All the interior is really nice decorated and the rooms are amazing. Apart from the (nice working) AC one feels like in a palace a century in the past. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Thank Michele B
