We stayed one quiet weekend in January to get some sun and a first taste of Morocco. The short time we had meant we couldn't waste any of it and the team in ZamZam ensured we were well advised and assisted at every step. We were provided with an airport pickup, guide to explore the Medina, a great hammam and...

What can I say that hasn't already been said? My husband and I just came back from a week in Morocco, where we split our time between Zamzam Riad and it's "glamping" counterpart, "Camp Adounia." The staff at both were so warm and welcoming, and more than willing to go the extra mile when it came to food, accommodations, directions,...

My wife and I recently stayed for a week at Riad ZamZam and have nothing but good things to say about it. The Riad itself is as pretty as the pictures suggest and you can tell a lot of effort has been made on the decor & ambience just right. It is located in the northern tip of the old...

When I first read the reviews, I was doubtful that they were true. But, after our three night stay at Riad Zamzam, it makes sense. Even prior to our arrival, an airport transfer was arranged, so one less thing to do. When we arrived, we were greeted by Imane (sp?), who could not have been more lovely and helpful. In...

We really enjoyed being 'guests' at Riad Zamzam which was more like a charming and stylish residence, than a hotel. It was a perfect antidote to the madness of the Marrakesh Medina, and although well within it, it's tucked away in a more 'residential' part which gave us the opportunity to feel like locals and pass through parts of the...

We stayed at the Riad in December 2016 with our two kids. Marcus, the owner, had arranged for a pick up at the airport and the pick up was about 20 euros for a family of 4. The Riad staff gives you a warm welcome and I can't say enough great things about Iman and Fayzal. They go long way...

A very warm welcome. Lovely room with oodles of hot water. Nothing too much trouble and the guests we invited in to dinner one night were very impressed. Thank you Marcus, Iman, Feisal and Abdullah. Jill Hill

We would not stay anywhere else in Marrakech. This Riad is perfectly located in the north of the Medina away from all the tourist areas. It takes a few more minutes to reach, but that is its greatest value. The people who live in this area are not inundated by tourists and you get a real sense of what local...

The most wonderful building and the best staff EVER who really looked after us. Stunning architecture and rooms. The best couscous we've ever had. Situated in a quiet residential area inside the Medina, just a short walk through ancient streets, but watch those bikes!
