Dar Balthazar is such a beautiful and cosy riad to send a perfect vacation in Marrakech. We stayed there 7 nights and felt very comfortable. The stuff is always very friendly and helpful and makes your stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend this place and would go there again!

The riad has been beautifully restored and is a comfortable, quiet and very relaxing place to stay in Marrakesh. It is located a 10 minute walk to the central square and souks and a 15 minute walk to the central bus station. The rooms are furnished nicely and comfortable. The courtyard is great to enjoy breakfast and dinner and to...

Dar Balthazar is located in the Dar El Bacha area of Marrakech a 10 minute walk to the main square or the souks. We strongly recommend that you use the airport transfer service as the riad is a short but winding walk from where a taxi will be able to drop you (as are most of the riads I believe)....

We spent two nights here. The first night was in the lower room ("Artaban") although we had reserved (and paid) for a better room ("Encens"). This room was noisy : people knocked at the door every 30 minutes (often some friends of the "night guard"), and the breakfast was prepared at 5:30AM (with the kitchen stuck to our room...). We...

We stayed in this beautyful Riad in total 6 days. Nice, quite and clean rooms and close to all Sightseeing points. The people that are working there are really friendly and helped us to find good places for shopping, diner and tours. We enjoyed staying there and would recommend this place.

My daughter and I stayed at Riad Dar Balthazar for 4 nights and couldn't have wished for a best riad. The bedrooms were well furnished and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful Nothing was too much trouble. The courtyard and fountain were just great for relaxing with a cold drink after a busy day sightseeing.  It was...

A very authentic riad, matches Marrakech perfectly. From the noise and excitement of the narrow medina streets to the tranquility of the courtyards and roof of the riad. The staff was very friendly and very eager to help in any way possible. The breakfast was amazing. Its the ideal base to explore the shopping areas. Deffinately book the taxi transfers from/to...

I can not recommend this Riad and it does for sure not deserve the superb rating. Just after booking i got an email asking for cash payment on arrival, a lot of text in big printed letters, what can be expected and what not *as there is no cheese in Morocco&* for example. Not very inviting and not also not...
